Research On Green Technological Innovation In The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Ecological civilization is a high civilization with the main feature of ecological industry after industrial civilization. It has the feature of harmoniousness between human and nature, guiding of ecological awareness, supporting of ecological industries, advocating green consumption and ecological social system. The construction of ecological civilization is to correct people's basic attitudes, beliefs, understanding to the natural environment, and put it into practice of the exploitation and use of natural. The construction of ecological civilization should insist the principle of fairness, the principles of sustainable development and balanced principles. Green technological innovation is a kind of technological innovation which promotes the development of ecological industry and the construction of ecological civilization. It includes innovation in green techniques, green product, green awareness and green management. It is a technical innovation under the guidance of ecological consciousness. It also give attention to ecological efficiency, it keeps to the principle of sustainable development and harmonious coexistence between human and nature. Therefore, green technological innovation contains the requirements of ecological civilization and reflects the ecological values of ecological civilization. Green technological innovation embodies the concept of ecological civilization. Green technology innovation promotes the ecological civilization. Green technology innovation and ecological civilization have internal consistency in pursuing value objectives. Therefore, to construct ecological civilized society, and stick to people oriented, comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development, it has the essential requirement to actualize green technological innovation.The new goal of constructing ecological civilization is first advanced at the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. In order to build an ecological civilization, and promote green technology innovation, we must establish the concept of ecological civilization, and make green consumerism a conscious act to protect the environment. Green consumption is the consumption pattern of ecological civilization, advocating green consumption promotes enterprises to actualize green technology innovation. The establishment of the mechanism of green technological innovation is the inevitable requirement of constructing ecological industrial civilization. It also needs the construction of the mechanism to guarantee the green technology innovation.
