As the coal is the main energy source of our national economy,the problem of mine safety has become a top priority for restricting the sustainable development of China's economy.The frequent occurrence of coal mine accidents leads to serious casualties and property losses,The key problem is to find and identify potential security risks in advance.Combining with the project of Inner Mongolia YiTai group coal mine,based on theoretical analysis and practical investigation,the main two safety problems of coal mine is a problem of evaluation research.To solve the security risks,which determine the coal mine at present if there is a security risk,security risk is mainly used for the current status of the coal mine.The other is regular to judge early warning problem solving security risks,judgment and prompt safety risk daily through early warning index and a certain interval.The main theoretical achievements are as follows:Firstly,according to the characteristic of safety production in coal mine,on the basis analyses of the complexity of the coal mine production,dynamic changes,randomness,relevance of disaster risk,come up with the principle of coal mine production safety risk evaluation index design.On the basis of the typical case analysis,literature research,through to each coal mine of front-line experts interviews and investigation in China,and on the basis of solicit opinions from experts and the theoretical framework of "man,machine,environment,management",also refer to <<Coal Mine Safety Regulations>> we built up 12 categories of safety risk evaluation index system in coal mine safety management,personnel status,coal mining,coal mine ventilation systems,gas control in coal mine,coal mine,coal mine fire prevention and control of water,coal dust,blasting in coal mine,coal mine mechanical and electrical equipment,lifting and transportation of coal mine system,inherent risk of coal mine,and has carried on the elaboration to build up 76 categories secondary index.Secondly,for the complexities of coal mine safety problem,choose the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in the subjective empower and objective empower combine the entropy value method to the coal mine safety risk evaluation index comprehensive empowerment,by establishing the coefficient optimization model to maximize the result of the combination of two methods of empowerment.On the basis of the comprehensive index weight to establish risk index of coal mine safety evaluation model and the coal mine safety evaluation model of TOPSIS.In Inner Mongolia YiTai group acid ditch coal mine as an example and collected data,use safety risk index evaluation model of acid sting ditch coal mine safety risk index for 92,TOPSIS method for the level of security risk quantification value of 0.6474,both of their evaluation criteria are the ? risk level,belong to the safer level.The results of the two evaluation methods are consistent,consistent with the reality,to verify the safety evaluation method proposed in this thesis.Thirdly,this thesis built an index system of coal mine safety risk early warning and early warning mechanism.It built the coal mine underground mine safety monitoring and early warning decision making common platform based on the internet of things technology,and it is a general information platform on the basis of information and internet technology,application of 3d visualization of virtual simulation technology development.This platform carry mine dynamic information online monitoring system,safety management and risk early warning system,the accident rescue auxiliary decision system.Based on the on-line monitoring and statistical analysis of coal mine safety data,improve the early warning ability of coal mine safety productionFourthly,it mainly summarized the applicable to coal mine safety risk early warning methods,based on the early warning indicators and early warning interval,and on this basis,the safety risk early warning system and the implementation of the matching mechanism,including in human resources,safety input and safety system construction and other aspects of the implementation mechanism.At the same time,also the safety risk early warning system to implement information management system.Fifthly,this thesis choose YiTai mining coal mine as the research object,specific to the coal mine production safety risk early warning index system for testing.It mainly from the mobile terminal monitoring system and the decision-making of emergency rescue system,to build coal mine safety risk early warning platform,combined with modern wired and wireless network technology,the use of the Internet of things in the form of a monitoring and information processing of information,manage for management decision making and provides the basis for the decision-making of emergency rescue.Dynamic monitoring information system mainly introduces the data acquisition subsystem,data transmission subsystem,safety information management subsystem,safety early warning information subsystem and aid decision subsystem.Dynamic risk prediction system consists of data acquisition subsystem,information processing subsystem,early warning indicators output subsystem and alarm subsystem.Mobile terminal security monitoring system introduces the establishment of safety check list,check that the system design and system function.Emergency rescue decision system is mainly to calculate the best escape route,ensuring the safety of underground work personnel dynamic 3D modeling and convenient policymakers more intuitive observation borehole environment,wind network calculating and harmful substance derivation is best at the time of the accident emergency escape route technology base,and concretely introduces the coal mine safety early warning platform specific operation process of four architectural system function in the system.
