The frequent occurrence accidents in uranium mines,such as debris flow,landslide,soil and water pollution and nuclide migration,seriously threaten the surrounding environment of the uranium tail reservoir area and the safety of residents' production and life.The uranium tailing,which has the risk factors affecting their safety are more concealed and uncertain because of the complexity of their systems.It makes the safety management of uranium tailing more challenging.And how to make a scientific and reasonable evaluation and early warning on the safety risk of uranium tailing has become an important work for the risk managers of uranium tailing.Firstly,according to the characteristics of uranium tailing reservoir accident,this paper identifies,analyzes and standardized disposes the safety risk factors of uranium tailing reservoir from four aspects: "people,substance,management and environment".A risk assessment index system has been established,and relevant standards for evaluating the safety risk level of uranium tailing impoundment have been formulated,such as risk possibility assessment,serious grade of risk consequence assessment,and the acceptable criteria of risk level.Secondly,for the problem of the risk assessment of uranium tailing,the evaluation index set and the result set are constructed,which combine with the actual situation and the relevant legal standards.The index weight is determined,the index membership function is constructed,and the two level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is established.In addition,it makes one northern large uranium tailing as an example to collect relative data and to carry out calculate examples as well as to verify the validity and applicability of the model.Finally,this paper researches the classification of early warning level of safety risk of uranium tailing,the standard of risk rating of early warning index and the determination of risk early-warning level based on coupling superposition method.
