Daqing,a city born from oil,is currently moving towards the grand goal of internationalization and modernization.However,it is imperative to attach importance to the urban environmental protection in the construction for oil field information and livable city.Although it is gradually realized to separate living area and oil production area,there are some inseparable parts due to historical reasons.When oil exploring,drilling,oil and gas gathering and transporting,it is inevitable to make a series of industrial noise which will have some impact on people's lives and health.When speeding up oil production in order to realize hundred years oilfield construction,it is necessary to pay attention to the environmental noise measurement and protection.Faced with high quality demand for environmental protection,real-time continuously automatic monitoring on the environmental noise has become a hot issue.It is hard to continuously monitor environmental noise by conventional noise measurement method and means,but the network monitoring can solve the problem by optimization of measurement points.And LabVIEW software with its powerful data processing and special network communication technology provides strong technical support for building network noise monitoring system.Therefore,the research on distributed automatic environmental noise monitoring system is put forward on tht basis of these.Firstyly,the research on noise testing standards and automatic monitoring methods found,China's noise standards are compatible with the standards of ISO in new technology,new methods and new means,but to some degree lag behind them;Secondly,by the research on noise signal acquisttion and processing and storage technology,three-level management mode is put forward on the basis of noise monitoring center,data platform and monitoring nodes.The improvement and innovation is realized in the A frequency weighting algorithm and 40 phon isacoustic curve high precise fitting,whose absolute error is less than 0.15 DB.It is found the same variation of the equal loudness in different loudness levels and the coefficients is different for various loudness curve in fitting polynomial expression relationship.Thirdly,the research on network communication technology based on city environmental noise monitoring system found,LabVIEW platform has seven modes of communication.By comparision,the shared variable engine makes data transferring more effectively and remote monitoring through LabVIEW Websever communication means is more ideal.Fourthly,on the basis of the distributed city environmetal noise data analysis and grahpics processing technology,a new noise figure reproducing method is found through GISsoftware platform.Taking Northeast Petroleum University campus noise map formation process for example,it found related technology node by using empirical model.Lastly,it designs distributed automatic monitoring system of environmental noise under the support of LabVIEW development platform.The enviromental noise automatic monitor can real-time detect,analyze,process and display single point of ambient noise signal.It achieves real-time transmission via network,automatically determines whether environmental noise overrun and records in terms of environment.There are 3 key issues solved in this research.a)real-time evironmental noise measurement based on virtual instrumentation;b)remote environmental noise transmission and network monitoring on the basis of virtual instrumentation associated with network communication technology;c)environmental noise data analysis,processing,storage and graphical reproduction by secondary development of the virtual instrument.Moreover,it has3 innovations in the research.The first is three-level management mode under distributed automatic monitoring system;the second is the improvement on A frequency weighting network noise level algorithm;the third is environmental noise automatic monitor independently researched and developed based on virtual instrument.The research provides theoretical reference for the implementation of real-time network monitoring on oilfield environment noise and is of practical significance to research and develop monitoring system of our own intellectual property rights.
