The oil gathering and transportation production is the process of transforming crude oil with water from the underground into finished crude oil, the oil pump is the core equipment of the production process. In order to avoid the safety production accidents caused by equipment faults, it is very important to establish the working condition real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the oil pump unit. The working process of the oil pump unit is accompanied by vibration and noise, and this special noise includes various equipment condition information, which is used the basis of the equipment working condition evaluation and fault diagnosis. At present, it has been a new research hotspot in this field for applying acoustical diagnosis technique to equipment fault diagnosis, but it is faced with the key problem of knowing and mastering acoustic characteristic of noise radiation source and the law of overall running noise distribution based on it. So it is seen that this topic that the running noise analysis and the condition monitoring system research of the oil pump set has the important practical significance for establishing the on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis system of the running condition of the oil pump set.This topic has four main research contents: first of all, in order to clarify the running noise generation mechanism of the oil pump set, it analyses the structure, the working principle, the performance parameters and the physical measurement of running noise,subjective evaluation method of the oil pump unit systematically. Secondly, aimed at the running noise analysis of the oil pump, this paper makes systematic research on the noise generation mechanism, action form and the form of acoustic characteristic of the oil pump unit, retreating a single set of oil pump unit as the research object. Then, aimed at the running noise condition monitoring system research of the oil pump unit, we can use LabVIEW software development platform to design a set of oil pump condition monitoring system;Finally, through test verification and the result analysis, debugging and evaluating the overall performance of the running noise condition monitoring system, we can get the relevant conclusions such as running noise generation mechanism, the action form and the form of the acoustic characteristics. This topic design a set of the running noise monitoring system of the oil pump based on virtual instruments acting the no fault overall running noise of the oil pump unit as the research object, and based on LabVIEW fusion time frequency analysis and the single frequency information extraction technology to study noise radiation source characteristics and the performance form of the motor and the centrifugal pump in the oilpump unit. The research result shows that the whole running noise of the oil pump in no fault condition is composed of the near field composition of two noise radiation source which is the motor and the centrifugal pump. The rate of the contribution of air dynamic noise in the motor and fluid dynamic noise in the centrifugal pump is relatively large, which plays a leading role in the whole running noise; the air dynamic noise form is the monochromatic wave, whose characteristic frequency depends on the speed of the motor and the number of the cooling fan blade. The form of the fluid dynamic noise is a family of narrow band multi-frequency waves, which includes a relatively stable single frequency information, whose characteristic frequency depends on the speed of the motor and the number of impeller blades.
