Coal mine safety behavior has always been a topic issue coal mine safety management.The influencing factors of coal mine employees' safety behaviors are complex and diverse.Scholars have studied on factors such as enterprise culture,organization behaviors,management systems,mental features,physical conditions,mechanical equipment and working environment,all of which entangle among and effect on employees' safety behaviors collectively.Safety and integrity construction,like other factors affecting safety behavior,has become one of the main research directions in the field of safety behavior in recent years.,After MEM of China issued the document on coalmine safety integrity construction in 2009,some of the state-owned key coalmines have explored the safety integrity system constructions.Based on the development of safety integrity management practices in coalmines,this paper focuses on the interrelation between coalmine safety integrity management and employee safety behaviors.Firstly in this paper,it concludes the progress of coalmine safety integrity management from the perspectives of theory,including the concept of safety and integrity culture,the construction of safety and integrity management system,the cultivation of safety and integrity culture,the implementation method of safety and integrity culture,the safeguard measures of safety and integrity culture,and safety integrity supervision and certification system,safety integrity management evaluation system,on-site management system..Considering the previous work,in this area,the core elements of coalmine safety integrity management system,the evaluation index of coal mine safety integrity management,the interelation between coal mine safety and integrity management and employee safety behaviors are introduced.Then,the coal mine is constructed.The theoretical model of employee safety behavior is established based on behavioral safety 2-4 model and planned behavior theory,,and the interaction mechanism of coalmine safety integrity management and employee safety behavior is analyzed.Concluding the research mechanism of relevant factors effecting safety behavior,4 latent variables describing safety integrity management are introduced:safety integrity culture cultivation,management system construction,education and training measurements,safeguarding and supervision.These four latent variables have effecting behavioral attitudes,subjective norms and safety awareness,furthermore it contributes to improving employees' safety behavior.A structural equation model of the safety integrity management and employees' safety behaviors is established,then a questionnaire is designed and conducted,more than 300 copies of questionnaire data has been recovered,and the author uses AMOS software to carry out simulation calculations,it draws several conclusions:safety integrity culture has a positive impact on employee behavior attitude and safety awareness;construction of management system has a positive impact on employee behavior attitude and safety awareness;education and training measurements have a positive impact on employee behavior attitude and safety awareness;employee safety awareness has a positive impact on safety behaviors.Some of the innovation bullet-ins of this paper:(1)A theoretical system of coal mine safety integrity management is constructed.Analytic hierarchy process(AHP)method is used to measure the magnitudes of latent variables effecting safety behaviors,then a system model is built based on the effecting magnitudes of variables which mainly includes top-level design,project goals and four components of the safety integrity management theory:safety integrity culture and concepts,management system construction,safety education and training and protection and supervision.(2)A theoretical model of the employees' safety behavior formation in coalmines is constructed.Based on the safety management system of coal mine safety,the accident causing 2-4 model and planned behavior theory are used to construct the theoretical model of employees' safety behavior model in coalmines,and the hypothesis of coalmine safety integrity management on employee safety behavior is proposed.(3)A structural equation model of coalmine safety integrity management and employee safety behavior is constructed.Taking the planned behavior theory as the frame,four latent variables describing safety integrity management are determined,:safety integrity culture,management system construction,education and training measurements,safeguarding and supervision.Four latent variables have been confirmed effecting employees' behavioral attitudes,subjective norms and safety awareness,furthermore contributing to employee safety behavior.A structural equation model of safety integrity management and employees' safety behaviors is established,and it draws several conclusions whch have been proved empirically..
