Underground fully-mechanized coal mining has undergone nearly fifty years of rapid development,operators on the fully-mechanized mining face confront complex man-machine-environment conditions with constantly updated technologies,processes and characteristics,so how to effectively prevent unsafe behavior and improve the safety of operation plays a vital role in furthering the advantages of fully-mechanized mining and effectively promoting the overall safety production level of coal mine.Under the guidance of the principles of safety behavior,safety psychology and safety management,the man-machine-environment system engineering theory was used to research the assessment on the unsafe behavior and safety quality of fully-mechanized mining operators as follows:1.Risk analysis of unsafe behavior on fully-mechanized mining face.Based on the theory of safety behavior and combined with the actual operation on fully-mechanized mining face,the evaluation and statistical standards of unsafe behavior of fully-mechanized mining operators were determined,the behavior sampling method was used for the statistics and analysis of the unsafe behavior of fully-mechanized mining operators,and the risk probability assessment method was used to analyze the risk of nine types of unsafe behavior.2.Gray correlation analysis of influencing factors of unsafe behavior of fully-mechanized mining operators.The influencing factors of unsafe behavior were comprehensively analyzed,and the analysis model was built based on three primary indicators of individual factor,equipment factor and environmental impact as well as seventeen secondary indicators.Then,through the questionnaire survey,the data related to the influencing factors were collected,and the fuzzy-gray theory was used to calculate the gray correlations of influencing factors at different levels.Finally,the obtained gray correlations between each factor and unsafe behavior and between the factors under the same main factor were ranked.3.Empirical research on influencing factors.This paper empirically researched five individual factors of working age,education level,attention,mental activity and fatigue and empirically analyzed the equipment factors including the cause of mechanical equipment injury,relationship between unsafe behavior and mechanical equipment injury,time rule of mechanical equipment injury,injury mode,injury position as well as toxic and harmful substance produced by mechanical equipment.In the empirical analysis of environmental factor,it empirically analyzed the physiological characteristics and changes of fully-mechanized mining operators in the working environment in terms of metabolism,body temperature,blood pressure and heart rate,and finally it compared the operating comfort of the three systems in the fully mechanized mining face through gray entropy weight clustering analysis.4.Research on safety quality assessment of fully mechanized mining operators.Relevant theories of safety psychology,interviews,questionnaires and field research were used to work out the safety quality assessment scale for fully-mechanized mining operators from the two dimensions of objective factor variable and subjective factor variable,and its reliability and validity were validated through trial test and retest.Finally,a set of scientific,effective and reliable safety quality assessment scale for fully-mechanized mining operators was established,and at the same time,the total score and single item score were used for the comprehensive level evaluation on the safety quality assessment results of fully-mechanized mining operators.5.The safety quality assessment system for fully-mechanized mining operators was established.The software system for safety quality assessment of fully-mechanized mining operators was developed,which achieved the functions of online safety quality assessment,level evaluation and early warning,data collection and analysis,and network education of fully-mechanized mining operators.
