The work in fully mechanized coal face used to be complex,poor environment and prone to accidents.The situation of safety production is still grim,though it has improved somewhat in recent years.More than 88.4% of the fully mechanized mining face accidents are caused by human's unsafe behavior,according to a statistic conducted over the past 15 years in this paper.Therefore,it is necessary and urgent to establish the safe behavior mode of the employees in the mining face.This paper analyzed the risk of unsafe behavior of employees in fully mechanized coal mining face.Based on the data of employees in the mining face by sampling testing,the occurrence rate of the main types of unsafe behavior is obtained.Then analyzed the risk of various types of the unsafe behavior quantitatively by the method of hazard probability assessment,and calculated the risk by using the weighted hazard index values.This paper analyzed the formation mechanism of unsafe behavior of employees in the mining face,and proposed a hypothesis from internal and external respects.Through building a preliminary formation mechanism model of the unsafe behavior and using structural equation model to verify it,the final model of the formation mechanism was obtained.This paper analyzed the internal and external factors affecting the safety behavior of employees in the mining face.After constructing the final model of employee's unsafe behavior of internal factors by the structural equation model hypothesis,using Analytic Hierarchy Process to analysis the importance of external factors and constructing the model on factors of organizational factors,environmental factors,leading factors and social factors.Specially,this paper studied the illuminance factor by using EyeLink ii High Speed Eye Tracker and got the influence of illumination on visual identity.This paper established a secure pattern of behavior in the mining face under complex environment.Also,corresponding control measures of unsafe behavior are putted forward,according to the danger,formation mechanism and influencing factors of the employee's unsafe behavior.In brief,this paper proposed and validated the formation mechanism and influencing factors models of unsafe behavior of employees in fully mechanized coal mining face.To a certain extent,it has enriched the theoretical system of research on the unsafe behavior in the mining face.In practice,the established safe behavior patterns and the proposed security control measures are conducive to effectively improve the safety management level of fully mechanized coal face.
