Effective reduction of carbon emissions,energy consumption and green transformation are the hot topics of current research.Under the background of global economic integration and environmental globalization,low-carbon supply chain as a means to solve the effective resources allocation has gradually matured.Because low-carbon supply chain aims to improve the level and efficiency of flexible resource allocation,it can promote supply chain enterprises to reduce environmental pollution and improve energy efficiency.The pollution can be reduced by improving the resource allocation efficiency of each node enterprise.Thus,the ecological energy efficiency of supply chain resources can be improved.Therefore,the environmental efficiency of the whole supply chain system can be improved through the low-carbon performance of node enterprises.The improvement of flexible resource allocation efficiency can promote the low-carbon upgrading of the whole supply chain node enterprises.Therefore,the flexible resource allocation in low-carbon supply chain is becoming more and more important.At the same time,the research on resource allocation of low-carbon supply chain has become a hot area.Therefore,this paper from the perspective of flexible resource attributes.The flexible resource allocation of low-carbon supply chain is the main research object.The theories and methods of multi-attribute,utility function,multi-granularity computation,hybrid quantum neural network and hybrid quantum particle swarm optimization are applied.Applying the above methods,the attributes of flexible resources in low-carbon supply chain,flexible resource allocation model in low-carbon supply chain,flexible resource allocation algorithm in low-carbon supply chain and the robustness of the model and algorithm are discussed in depth.The research contents and innovations of this paper are mainly reflected in the following points.Firstly,the flexible resource allocation and resource attribute characteristics of low carbon supply chain are analyzed and discussed.In this paper,the complex network structure and its characteristic parameters of low carbon supply chain are studied in detail.Based on the study of the attributes of flexible resources,the structural equation model and its method are applied to analyze the characteristics of flexible resources allocation and attributes in low carbon supply chain.At the same time,the quantitative analysis of the attributes affecting the efficiency of flexible resource allocation in low-carbon supply chain is carried out.The research includes structural equation analysis of flexible resource allocation and its attribute characteristics,reliability analysis and validity analysis of data.Through effective analysis,the relationship between the attributes of flexible resources and the overall allocation efficiency of low-carbon supply chain is obtained.And through the association of structural models to analyze the quantitative relationship between them.Therefore,the conclusion of the study lays a good theoretical foundation and allocation conditions for the effective allocation of flexible resources.Then,from the perspective of resource attributes,this paper studies the effective allocation of flexible resources in low-carbon supply chain based on the theory and method of low-carbon supply chain.Based on the theory of granular computing and multi-attribute,a variable precision multi granularity model based on weight is constructed.A flexible resource allocation model for low-carbon supply chain based on interval information is constructed by applying multi-granularity of interval information on the basis of the study of characteristics of low-carbon supply chain.Based on the theory of granular computing and multi-attribute utility function,a flexible resource model of low-carbon supply chain based on multi-attribute effect is constructed.The research results can provide a scientific basis and model reference for the effective allocation of flexible resources in low-carbon supply chain.Based on cloud model,artificial intelligence optimization algorithm,quantum algorithm and neural network algorithm,a hybrid quantum neural network algorithm based on cloud model is proposed.The flexible resource allocation based on interval information,the flexible resource allocation based on attribute correlation degree and the flexible resource allocation of low-carbon supply chain based on attribute weight are studied in detail and in depth.At the same time,the hybrid quantum neural network algorithm is applied to analyze the flexible resource allocation of low carbon supply chain.The results can also provide important conditions for the realization of flexible resource allocation in low-carbon supply chain.Finally,the paper studies the hybrid algorithm for the flexible resource allocation model of low carbon supply chain and the robustness of the model and algorithm.In the process of robustness research of model and algorithm,the simulation experiment of flexible resource allocation in low-carbon supply chain is carried out.The research results can provide the realization of the algorithm and the validity analysis of the model for the effective allocation of flexible resources in low-carbon supply chain.At the same time,the results can provide operable methods for improving the overall low-carbon performance of low-carbon supply chain.The results can also provide a good reference and management suggestions for low-carbon supply chain management.The theoretical and practical significance values are mainly embodied in the following aspects.It provides a new perspective of resource attributes for the effective allocation of flexible resources in low-carbon supply chain.A theoretical model of flexible resource allocation in low-carbon supply chain is constructed based on the theory of multi-attribute,multi-granularity and utility function of resources.This study provides a new theoretical basis and model for solving the flexible resource allocation problem in low-carbon supply chain.The design of hybrid quantum neural network algorithm effectively solves the flexible resource allocation of low carbon supply chain.At the same time,the robustness analysis of the model and algorithm reasonably solves the problem of flexible resource balanced allocation in low-carbon supply chain.Accordingly,this study has both theoretical value and practical significance.
