Railway Passenger Transport Management Information System(PTMIS)is an important part of the railway informatization construction.It is very important to promote railway passenger information sharing and utilization and to improve production operations capacity of railway passenger transport and the level of management.The system is a "window" of railway passenger transport management informatization.To strengthen the railway passenger transport management informatization,integration and automation is the key of improving the railway passenger transport management,passenger service quality,passenger production operations capacity and the railway sector competitiveness.In railway passenger transport management information construction process,parts of the railway bureau and the passenger segment have established a number of information systems.However,business functions of these systems are single,self-contained,high integration andit is difficult to update and expand.And these systems are lack of a unified service interface standards.Thus,it is difficult to achieve information sharing and utilization and not to fully satisfy business needs of the passenger transport management system.This dissertation analyzesthe hierarchical relationship of railway passenger transport management department.And from the actual needs of railway passenger transport management business,the design solution and key technologies of PTMIS is studied.The former part of the dissertation focuses on the analysis of the passenger business and the business process,on the research of architecture design and data integration framework research system and on the achieving of information sharing and integration of heterogeneous data between internal and external systems.The latter part of dissertation mainly research the application of mobile communication technology,base station positioning technology,artificial intelligence and other related technology and algorithms in PTMIS,especially about how to locate the in-transit train by the base station positioning technology and positioning algorithm,how to achieve passenger crew intelligent scheduling by artificial intelligence genetic algorithm and how to achieve passenger service quality scientific evaluation by BP algorithm.(1)Based on the research of PTMIS service objects,it discusses the overall demand analysis of PTMIS.The dissertation studies business scope and function scope of the system and analyzed the major business process of water supply plan management,personnel management,train location management,crew plan management,service quality evaluation management and so on.(2)On the basic of studying EA and SOA architecturetheory,a converged theoretical framework is proposedbased on EA and SOA.At the sametime the overall architecture of PTMIS is proposed based on EA and SOA.Business,information,application and technical architecture of the system is studied.The network architecture and interface solutions of the systemare established and the ten function modules of the system are designed in this dissertation.From the network,data,applications,and other point of view of the system,the security scheme of the system is proposed.It can meet the business needs of the system,achieve the interoperability,information sharing between PTMIS and other external systems.(3)By analysis the data integration of PTMIS,the dissertation studies different data integration technical solutions.Combined with a service-oriented architecture,the data integration framework based on SOA is proposed.Service package and data source adapter is designed.And calling web service process is illustrated by examples.XML document is analyzed to solve the problem of data integration of heterogeneous systems,reducing the integration degree of coupling.(4)On the functional requirement of the vehicle PTMIS,the overall structure and network architecture of the vehicle intelligentPTMIS based on Android is built.It analyzes the information exchange format of vehicle system and terrestrial system.The interface scheme of data transmission is proposed from vehicle system to terrestrial system.It analyzes achieving process of the business function,built the system function service model and achieves a closed-loop management of railway passenger business operation.(5)Based on base station information acquired mobile terminal,the train positioning model is proposed and the train positioning algorithm of solving the model is designed for train positioning to provide a new positioning method.By way of example,it is verified that the proposed train positioning model and positioning algorithm can effectively improve accuracy of the train positioning and solve the difficult problem of train positioning.It is provided a reliable scientific theory for railway passenger departments to grasp train running track and to understand the dynamics information inside the railway carriages.(6)Through the analysis crew scheduling of railway passenger department,the number of crew team and the crew working hours are used as the optimization target.Crewscheduling model is proposed and genetic algorithm is designed for solving the model.By the simulation experiments,it is verified that the scheduling model and algorithm of the proposed can effectively improve the crew scheduling efficiency,reduce the number of crew team and reduce crew costs.(7)By analyzing the characteristics and factors affecting railway passenger service quality,passenger service quality evaluation index system is built,passenger service quality evaluation model based on BP algorithm is proposed and the model solving algorithm is designed.By way of example,it is verified that the computation and error is smaller of the designed model solving algorithm.And the model can meet the needs of different evaluated indicators.
