The study of urban river system landscape planning has always been a hot topic in constructing sustainable human settlement in Landscape Architecture.As an important part of urban ecosystem,the river system landscape owns social and natural double properties,and as a complex giant system,behaves its own running context and self-organization rule.With the changes of natural river system landscape by urbanization process,conflict between human and nature increasingly stand out.So,it has become a key point to achieve synergetic development through scientific assessing status and problems in synergetic development of the river system landscape and urbanization to explore the inherent patterns of its evolution,and proposing strategy to effectively promote the self-organization operation of the urban river system landscape.This study used the synergetics as the main method to research the urban river system landscape.With the characteristics of multi-disciplinary integration of the landscape architecture,referencing correlation theories of hydrology,economics,sociology,this study tried to provide valuable results from building method and practical guidance.Based on the analysis of self-organization characteristics of urban river water system,using synergetics theory to study on the synergetic development mechanism and get the basic synergetics concepts including order parameter,feedback mechanism and slaving principle.Among those,the order parameter generated from the internal competition in the system,and descripted the development status of macroeconomic system as a slow variable dominating the evolution process.And then with analysis of the synergetic characteristics of this system and the driving forces of synergetic evolution including the natural force,social force,policy force and economic force,and with referencing the evolution laws of the concepts of synergetics,this study explained the operation mechanism of synergetic development between river system landscape and urbanization,including competition,fluctuation,feedback,succession,evolution,and proposed the evolution phases of synergetic development and forms of collaboration between subsystems.Based on the research of the synergetic development mechanism of urban river system landscape,the article put forward the synergetic development planning system framework,including research object,target and process.Learning from the theory of compound ecosystem proposed by Wang Rusong,the article divided the urban river system landscape system synergetic object into three subsystems of environment,economy and society,and tried to construct synergetic conceptual model considering synergistic coupling functions among three subsystems.As well as,the study proposed the cooperative target of each subsystem and the composite system,and determined the synergetic planning process with three parts:exploring order parameter,evaluating synergetic development and ecological orientation collaborative planning based on the target.The research and application of synergetic development planning strategies was the key point of this paper,and according to the synergetic development planning system framework,the study firstly explored the order parameters of the urban river system with hierarchy theory using the qualitative and quantitative methods.And then constructed the hierarchical structure:the subsystem-order parameter-order parameter component,which is determined as the basis of the synergetic development evaluation index system.Through the AHP,the study got the weight of the order parameters,and clarified the calculation of the indicators and evaluation criteria to further improve the evaluation index system.The hierarchical structure evaluation models including order parameter order degree,subsystem order degree and synergy degree of composite system were used to calculate the data of each index,and then to obtain the quantized results and trend from synergetic development evaluation.The planning and management strategies were proposed as the final practice guide for the synergetic planning process,aiming to promote the generation of order parameters.The article put forward the strategies and methods of synergetic development supporting by ecological theory according to the order parameter index.However,in the specific practice,the strategies should be chosen by using the corresponding results of the synergetic development evaluation as the guidness for synergetic development planning.At the end,the paper took Harbin river system landscape as an example,conducting the research,evaluation and planning strategies application according to the steps of the synergetic development planning system discussed earlier.Based on the acquisition of the relevant data of the constructed evaluation index system,the article applied them to the evaluation model,and got each subsystem order degree and composite system synergistic degree.According to the evaluation results and analysis,special planning and management strategies were proposed.
