Research On Synergetic Development Of Urban Rail Transit And Urban Economy Based On Synergetics

In recent years,China has vigorously developed and constructed urban rail transit.Lacking of scientific guidance for the urban development,problems such as overconstruction,improper planning and disorderly development occur in some cities,resulted in a large amount of resources waste and unnecessary financial burden.Therefore,the General Office of the State Council issued the Notice on Further Strengthening the Planning and Management of Urban Rail Transit Construction in 2018,which set higher requirements for the adaptability between urban rail transit development and economic development.Higher demands depend on the scientific guidance.At present,the research on the relation between urban rail transit and economic development focuses on the microeconomic benefits generated by rail transit.Qualitative analysis is the main method to explore the synergetic development of the two from a macro perspective,while quantitative studies started late and were few in number.In addition,quantitative studies mostly discussed the coupling and coordination degree of urban rail transit and economic development at a certain moment from a static perspective,and there was little reference to the dynamic cooperative evolution law between the two.Both the urban rail transit system and the urban economic system are complex systems.Synergetics as a cross-sectional discipline which studies the universal laws of the formation and evolution of complex systems in nature and society,has been widely used in multidisciplinary fields.Introducing Synergetics theory,this paper analysis the interaction mechanism between urban economic system and urban rail transit system,explores the connotation of synergetic development,and quantify the dynamic synergetic development degree,determine its stage of development,and finally provide reference data for synergetic development between urban rail transit and economy.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Analyze the internal logic of the urban rail transit-economy compound system’s development,and summarize the connotation and performance of the urban rail transiteconomy compound system’s synergetic development.Then explore the synergetic development mechanism of the urban rail transit-economy compound system,and demonstrate the feasibility and applicability of the Synergetics theory.(2)Based on the Synergetics,the evaluation system of the urban rail transit-economy compound system’ synergetic development is constructed.Firstly,a scientific and complete alternative system of order parameters is constructed,then the order parameters of the urban rail transit-economy compound system are identified by factor analysis.Secondly,the synergistic degree model of the urban rail transit-economy compound system is constructed to calculate the order parameter efficiency function,order parameter weight,coupling coordination degree of subsystem order degreeand the rate of change’,and the synergy degree of compound system.Finally,the logistic development curve is applied to judge the synergistic development stage of the compound system.(3)The decision model of the urban rail transit-economy compound system is constructed.Firstly,the synergetic evolvement equation of compound system is established based on Haken model to predict the future developing trend,and determine the required years for synergistic development to reach the desired synergy degree.Then,construct the optimal solution model of order parameters to define the optimal value of them when the compound system reaches the expected synergy degree,and compare with the actual value to provide a reasonable decision reference for the synergistic development of urban rail transit-economic compound system.Finally,taking Chengdu as an example,the paper explores the synergy between rail transit and economic development since its operation,then predicts the future development trend.Based on the calculation results of the decision model,it provides a reasonable decision reference for the future development strategy adjustment of rail transit in Chengdu,and verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and method in this paper.
