Establishment And Application On The Management Method And Information System Of Highway Engineering Cost

facing challenges and innovation.The accurate,timely collection and release of various materials market price information play a positive role in determination of cost in every stage of highway engineering construction,the interests of all parties participating in the construction of security,improvement of traffic information service level.It is the trend of traffic construction industry to set up a perfect material price information system for traffic construction projects and supply the valuation basis of traffic construction projects.Under this circumstance,the management and prediction of highway engineering cost,and the construction of material information are particularly important.The cost management of highway industry in China is difficult and the accuracy of cost prediction is not high.In this background,this paper takes "highway engineering cost,especially highway cost" as the object of study,By means of theoretical research,thorough investigation,case analysis and system development,the highway project cost management,cost prediction and the empirical design of multi dimensional information system for cost were investigated.It aims to to reveal the essence causes of the problem of highway construction cost,and to establish a fast estimate and prediction model for highway construction cost.Finally,the multi dimension information system design of highway construction cost can be realized.The main research contents of this thesis include the following aspects:(1)Highway engineering cost management method analysis.In this part,the basic principle of each stage of highway engineering cost management,the highway engineering cost management system and management mode,the key problem of cost management of highway construction,highway project cost pricing problems were analyzed and discussed.Moreover,the basic theory of highway construction cost management was also analyzed.Through such analysis methods,the key points and key problems easily ignored in highway engineering cost management were clarified,thus laying the foundation for further research(2)National survey and analysis of highway project cost management.The research work of highway engineering cost management has been carried out nationwide.On the basis of scientific arrangement and analysis of research results and data,highway project cost management can be carried out in-depth analysis of the development and problems,and then put forward targeted countermeasures.It can provide scientific and reasonable analysis basis for highway project cost management in the future,and also provide the basic support and decision-making basis for improving the investment benefit of highway construction project.(3)Influencing factors of highway the cost management work can be summerized.Through the study of its internal reasons and the main factors affecting the cost of the highway,this paper analyzes and proposed the corresponding solutions.(4)Rapid estimation of highway engineering cost and forecasting model of cost.Based on the analysis of the current situation of highway engineering and the construction of the project volume and cost in the process of construction of Hurongxi expressway,the overall index of expressway engineering quantity and cost is constructed.On the basis of obtaining reasonable indicators of bridges,tunnels and subgrade,taking into account the needs of different stages of the project(Pre-feasibility,feasibility,etc.)and different levels of cost management personnel,the method of statistical analysis and neural network was used to establish the rapid estimation method and cost forecasting model of highway engineering cost: intelligent forecasting model and index system forecasting model,and the error analysis and checking of the two models were provided,which could provide the correct estimate of the expressway engineering quantity and the project cost in the preliminary design stage.(5)Analysis of highway engineering cost information management.The basic problems such as the attributes,characteristics,functions,acquisition and processing of road construction cost information were analyzed.Based on this,the basic principles of highway project cost management were explored,which provided the basis and the way for highway engineering cost management theory research and cost management work practice.(6)Development of Hubei province highway engineering material price management information system.Taking the "Hubei Province Highway Engineering Material Price Management Information System" as an example,the multi-dimensional information system of highway engineering cost was designed and realized.Unified Hubei highway engineering materials coding system was developed.The use of Internet technology and database technology,the establishment of an efficient and efficient material price information collection system were carried out.Through the geographic information system technology,convenient and practical material price electronic information map release system were established.On this basis,the final establishment of highway engineering materials in Hubei Province price information system platform achieved the Hubei Province road material price information sharing.The main achievements and novelty of this paper information sharing.
