Highway Engineering Arborescence Cost Index System And Application

The cost index of highway project is an important index which reflects the influence of price change on the project cost management in the construction of highway projects.It is an important basis for the adjustment of project cost.Based on the experience of domestic and foreign research,combined with the needs of highway engineering cost management in Zhejiang Province,this paper studies the highway engineering arborescence cost index system and application.Firstly,the concept,classification,functions and compilation method of highway engineering cost index were expounded.On the basis of the stability,compatibility,expansibility and practicality of highway engineering cost index system,the study of highway engineering arborescence cost index system for “one system,four levels”and its applicationwere carried out.Highway engineering arborescence cost index system was classified into comprehensive index,classification index,special index,price and quantity indexs.And the determinants and calculation methods of each cost index level were studied,based on which the mathematical model of highway engineering arborescence cost index system was estabilished.And then,based on the statistical analysis of the total budget of 22 freeway projects in 2004,2012 and 2013,and the cost project of typical freeway projects in 2009 to 2013,highway engineering arborescence cost fixed base index of Zhejiang Province in 2012 and 2013 on the basis of 2014 and cost chain index in 2013 were calculated.And the release form was also provided.Finally,approximation Center Grey model was used for precast the highway engineering arborescence cost index,and the veracity was verified by case analysis.The application of the cost index system in cost forecasting,cost warning and contract price adjustment were also analyzed with engineering project in this paper.
