Office building is one of the main energy consumption and energy conservation of public buildings in china.The actual operation energy consumption data plays an important role in guiding the design of low power consumption,but the performance simulation is based on the simplified model and the standard conditions;the indoor performance level and user comfort and behavior pattern lack of consideration.So the data is difficult to be directly applied to low energy design work.The office building energy consumption statistics publicity work of our country has just started,the existing energy statistics is too macroscopic and general.Though has been pilot of typical buildings in Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen,the sample size is limited and the statistical survey sample data is still blank in cold region.cold regions in contrast to other climate zone energy consumption structure has its specific characteristics,the energy consumption problem is more serious,the related research is to be done.Based on the above background,this paper through the systematic field study of the office building in Harbin,try to figure out the influence of indoor thermal performance,user behavior on energy consumption.According to the simplified standard conditions,CIE sky model,and user behavior problems in the existing simulation model,the modification try to make the simulation results closer to the actual use of the office building energy consumption data.The research aims to establish mathematical prediction model to quantify the overall energy consumption of office buildings.This paper puts forward the design method of low energy consumption of office buildings in cold regions based on the coupling of light and heat performance simulation.Specific research work includes:architectural prototype through the research on the space development of office building from a typological perspective,then extract the modern office building space model,combined with the fieldwork of severe cold zone,determine the design parameters range,calculate the sensitive coefficient of parameters,to formulate the corresponding typical building model of office building of cold zone.The modle is divided into six typical ones,according to the the different spatial organization and the size of the building,choose the modeling depth that is most consistent with the measured results.The establishment of the typical model solves the problem that the simplified model has a great influence on the simulation precision;Taking the cold zone of the office building energy consumption structure,energy consumption into Consideration,lighting energy consumption,heating and cooling energy consumption are analyzed to select the design variables for different typical model of office building energy consumption;Through principal component analysis feature calculation of design variables on the overall energy consumption value,ignoring the parameters not enough to affect the overall energy consumption.This solved the problem of selecting variables of simplified model,guarantee the correctness of the mathematical model fundamentally;Determine the performance evaluation index of daylighting environment in cold zones(DA,UDI)and thermal coupled environment performance index(DGP);Use HDR-I technology,by taking HDR-I to analyse luminance,falsecolor image,glare and so on,compared with the immediate questionnaire.Modify PEREZ sky model,using the actual data of Harbin City daylighting climate,total direct irridance and indirect irridance.the modified PEREZ sky model is to replace the CIE standard sky model in the simulation of light environment and thermal coupling performance,using HDR-I technology to verify the simulation results,so the prediction results are vertified.This is the first time that the HDR-I t technique is used in evaluating the performance of the daylighting and thermal coupling.It solves the problem that the performance index of the existing standards and the sky model do not meet the regional characteristics of the cold region,and ensures the accuracy of the simulated boundary conditions;Use Monte Carlo sampling and tracking algorithm of light reflection in DIVA,simulate the real physical environment to calculate lighting energy consumption and indoor daylighting illumination distribution;Use temperature field analysis module in Trnsys to realize dynamic simulation calculation of thermal coupling environment,including solar radiation to the annual heating and cooling energy consumption s.This ensures office building in cold area of overall energy consumption prediction model is accurate.Sensitivity analysis is done between the main design variables.Optimize the parameters,determin the optimization income.And through the actual case demonstration based on the dynamic simulation of the cold region of low energy consumption design flow and optimization design method,make the research results in the early design can easily involved in the design.In this paper,the typical model of office buildings in cold regions is summarized to provide the overall design of the guide or reference for the design of office buildings in cold regions,and provide reference data mode l.The overall energy consumption prediction model can be used for architects in the design phase of the program to clear the focus of building energy efficiency design and optimization of the trend,and can be expected to optimize the income,in order to achieve a convenient way to achieve low-power design.Is not the office building in cold regions of low energy design strategies this method is only suitable for certain types of construction,but a universal design idea and value orientation,it can be applied to any kind of building type.Based on the dynamic simulation of cold region low energy consumption of office building design strategies and methods,trying to structure theoretical framework of low energy building design,to provide reference for future design research on low energy consumption in different regions,different types of buildings.
