Research On The Design Strategy Of The Office Buildings In The Cold Area Near Zero Energy Consumption

Response to climate change and severe shortage of resources and energy crisis,the construction of ecological civilization,the development of near zero energy consumption building industry has been highly valued by China and the world governments.However,due to the domestic research on zero energy building in the early stage,most studies have focused on the feasibility,practice exploration,production of technology strategy,theoretical research is relatively less,and public buildings of high energy consumption and energy saving potential,therefore,this paper mainly explores the design strategy of the cold area near zero energy consumption of office building the.In this paper,through the literature review,the status of research,computer simulation and other methods,the cold area near zero energy consumption of office buildings in the architectural design phase of the design strategy.First of all,through the study of countries near zero energy building research,engineering practice and related technology application,combined with the domestic energy policy,energy saving rate and energy consumption index is given in this paper to nearly zero energy consumption of office buildings and the corresponding limit;secondly,through the investigation of the office building in cold area,sum up influencing factors cause the changes energy consumption,the use of computer software to cause the dynamic factors in cold area office building energy-saving design changes were simulated according to the design principle of the quantitative analysis results of the above analysis to reduce the energy consumption of office building in cold area near zero energy consumption;thirdly,according to the climatic characteristics of cold regions,select the appropriate renewable energy,put cold area near zero energy consumption of office building the application of renewable energy strategy;finally,the office building in cold area of renewable energy application Combined with the design principles of reducing energy consumption,this paper summarizes the design strategies of near zero energy office buildings in cold regions.
