In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy,the total amount of energy consumption has increased year by year,and the shortage of energy and environmental pollution have aroused the concern of the vast majority of people.The establishment of an energy-saving society has become an important part of China's current construction of a socialist harmonious society,and it has also become the development trend of today's society.In summer hot and cold winter area,cold and humid air and large humidity lead to serious energy consumption in the operation of the air-conditioning system.Therefore,the building energy saving work in hot summer and cold winter area is more urgent and important.This paper first analyzes the research situation of building energy consumption at home and abroad,and summarizes the research characteristics of building energy consumption at present.Taking a typical city in hot summer and cold winter area of Shanghai as the research object,a simple three storey building was built through a general office building.In order to reduce the energy consumption during the operation of air conditioning system,the load characteristics of air conditioning season,heating season and transition season are simulated and analyzed.On the basis of the above analysis,a more thorough understanding of the energy consumption characteristics of Shanghai office buildings is based on the model established by the DeST-c software.By changing the area ratio of windows to walls,this paper analyzes the change of building's cooling and heating load and the energy consumption of buildings in different windows and walls,and draws the best window and wall ratio of the building model.By changing the depth of the external visor,it analyzes the impact of it on the building's cooling and heating load and building energy consumption,and analyzes the energy saving potential of office buildings under several typical indoor and outdoor shading.Finally,software to simulate building energy consumption of DeST-c used to simulate the change of indoor load,air conditioning room temperature and other parameters under different air conditioning modes,and the energy consumption of the whole building and the change of indoor temperature analyzed.The temperature and load in the air conditioning and interlude period simulated by time-to-time simulation.Based on typical days,the indoor temperature change,load saving rate and total energy consumption of office intermittent air conditioners in winter and summer are analyzed,the economic evaluation of intermittent air conditioners carried out,and the best intermittent operation mode obtained.The results of this study can provide reference for the design of energy saving buildings in Shanghai office buildings and the mode of air conditioning operation.
