Data management issues in the manufacturing process have been effectively addressed by information management system,but there are still many problems on information collection and processing in product manufacturing process.The combination of traditional manufacturing information management and the Internet of Things can bring new models and methods to the discrete manufacturing process.The perception of industrial field information can be realized through the RFID and sensor technology.The optimization decision of the manufacturing process can be realized through the intelligent information processing technology.The manufacturing processes are more transparent,efficient and intelligent with the application of Internet of Manufacturing Things.In this paper,a framework of information processing system for the discrete manufacturing process is presented,and the following aspects are studied:(1)An implementation scheme of information processing system for the production of the rotor shaft is proposed,and the function modules and business processes of the system are introduced.(2)The correlation model of manufacturing process information is studied.The integrated model of multi-source heterogeneous information management is established.The perception target and its attributes,the perceived quantities and methods of the machine tools,are introduced.The mapping relation model based on perception targets-perception attributes-perception quantities-perception methods is established.(3)A state monitoring and perception system for the machine tool condition has been established in generator rotor shaft manufacturing workshop.The information of machine tool spindle vibration and cutting force is measured,and the influence of the state information on the workpiece quality is analyzed.(4)The information association and data mining method of the manufacturing system is studied.On the basis of weighted support and fuzzy association rules,a weighted association rules mining algorithm with fuzzy quantitative constraints is proposed,and used in the information association rule mining of the rotor shaft manufacturing process.(5)The optimal allocation of manufacturing resources under Internet of Manufacturing Things model is studied.A three-layer structure method is proposed for the primary,evaluation and optimization of manufacturing resources.An evaluation method of manufacturing resources based on Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process and Grey Relational Analysis is proposed.A multi-objective optimization method of manufacturing resource allocation based on hybrid Genetic Algorithm is proposed.The manufacturing process information is used in the optimal allocation of resources.The successful application of the information processing method in the manufacturing process is beneficial to the extensive perception and intelligent processing of the process information.The application of the Internet of Manufacturing Things technology in the manufacturing field promotes the integration of industrialization and informatization.
