| As a new type of warhead damage element,the energetic damage element has the dual damage effect of superposition of kinetic energy and chemical energy,which can greatly improve the damage performance of the shaped energy damage element.It is a cutting-edge technology for the research of shaped warheads.Explosively formed energetic invading bodies are prepared by energetic materials into drug-shaped masks,and explosively formed projectiles are formed under explosive driving load to implement penetration of the armor.The energetic penetration body collides with the target at a high speed and then penetrates through the kinetic energy.The combined effect of chemical energy release and other damage mechanisms can achieve a fatal blow to the target.In order to improve the damage capability of explosively formed energetic penetration bodies,this paper uses metal materials to cover or drive the energetic agent-shaped mask while forming explosively-shaped projectiles,so that the energetic materials maintain certain integrity when subjected to detonation loading.To ensure it will not be scattered with the detonation product,the metal damage element on the target to open a hole,increase the penetration ability of energetic compound penetration body.Two energetic charge structures were designed to establish the criteria for impact energy release of PTFE/AL energetic materials.Through theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods,the forming factors and damage capability of the forward-pinch-type compound penetration body and the post-inversion compound penetration body were studied.The research shows that:(1)With the target of separation as the penetration target,the metal damage element in the explosion-forming energetic composite penetration body can be used to open the hole of the first armor and open up the energy-free channel for the energetic damage element to ensure that the energetic damage element is damaged into the goal.(2)In combination with the impact pressure threshold of energetic materials,using AUTODYN nonlinear dynamic analysis platform,the impact of parameters such as the shape of the cladding,the length-to-diameter ratio,the distance between the inner and outer shells,and the wall thickness ratio of the inner and outer shells on the performance of the penetrator is obtained.Regularity,design orthogonal optimization test,get the primary and secondary relationship of the relevant parameters on the impact of the penetrator;at the same time,different moments when the energetic penetrating body releases chemical energy are obtained when the target of the explosively forming energetic compound invade body of different shaped charge structures is obtained. |
