Countries around the world can not avoid climate change,fossil energy exhaustion,ecological damage caused by serious problems.Faced with these problems,countries around the world in energy production and energy consumption is taking a positive way to solve these problems.Energy transformation with clean energy as the core energy is being advanced in most countries,and the study of energy transformation is worthy of our attention and attention.This paper first analyzes the background significance of energy transformation research in the introduction,uses the existing energy system sustainability evaluation index system to study the necessity of energy transformation in China,combines the energy production and consumption,the social and economic development characteristics,establishes the new Energy sustainability evaluation index system.The power sector and the transportation sector are the focus of the energy transformation sector.The EnergyPLAN model is used to analyze the intermittent characteristics of renewable energy,especially wind power and solar power.Under the premise of satisfying the 2030 electricity demand,Energy society environmental impact,preferably renewable energy power generation portfolio.Taking into account the cost of the whole life cycle of electricity production and the impact of greenhouse gas emissions on the emission reduction of the transport sector,and then use the whole life cycle method to calculate the cost of electricity production in China in 2030,compared to the internal combustion engine and electric vehicle life cycle greenhouse gas Emissions and total life cycle costs,calculate the cost of this alternative to reduce emissions.On the basis of studying the two key departments of the power sector and the transportation department from the microscopic point of view,this paper further builds the energy planning model and uses the model to study the path of the energy transformation and analyze the influence of different energy transformation paths.The results show that the current level of sustainability of energy systems in China is poor and should be based on the laws of fossil and non-fossil energy production and consumption,from environmental sustainability,economic sustainability,social sustainability and Energy consumption and energy production from the perspective of the relationship between the establishment of the application of energy to guide the transformation of energy systems sustainable performance evaluation index system.Low-power nuclear hydropower scenario is the best scenario,the Chinese government should implement a new policy to promote the comprehensive development of wind power and solar photovoltaic;future solar photovoltaic(PV)and terrestrial wind power will be comparable with the cost of thermal power;Replacement costs between vehicles and conventional vehicles The cost of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 1 tonne is between 517 and 1542 yuan.Gasoline prices,taxes and vehicle insurance will be the direction of policy implementation at the end of the subsidy.The energy system planning simulation model for the energy technology portfolio scenario provides a simulation method for energy conversion that allows users to compare economic costs,GHG emissions,total energy consumption and nonfolith energy as a percentage of total energy input Energy system,through the scenario analysis shows that in reducing the total energy consumption,the use of new energy vehicles in the transport sector,to increase the transformation of power and renewable energy investment in the heating effect is obvious;in the heating and cogeneration Sector more use of electricity and renewable energy technologies,for reducing greenhouse gas emissions significantly.The optimal scenario in a variety of scenarios is a highly electrified scenario.Due to the large demand for electricity,the installed capacity of renewable energy increases accordingly,but the energy storage method is mainly pumped storage,limited capacity of pumped storage capacity,so fossil energy installed capacity will increase,fossil energy power generation than other scenarios slightly higher.China's energy transformation path should focus on the various departments of the use of electrification and new energy technologies.
