Research On The Protection And Renewal Practice And Some Problems Of Shawan Ancient Town

Because of its unique geographical location,economic,cultural and social environment,the Pearl River Delta has a large number of traditional villages and towns' historical and cultural heritage.Under the background of rapid urbanization,these historical and cultural heritages need to be protected more scientifically and systematically.As a typical Lingnan historical and cultural town,Shawan Ancient Town has undergone more than ten years of protection and renewal.It is the “living fossil” of the changes in Guangzhou and even the Pearl River Delta.In this paper,the ancient town of Shawan is taken as the object of research,and it is discussed in depth from the aspects of theoretical traceability,experience summarization,and strategic deduction,so as to obtain the methods and strategies for the protection and renewal of such incomplete style and traditional villages and towns.This article is divided into three parts.The first is the traceability of the theory.Through the study of the related theory and value system of the traditional village protection renewal,the history of the protection value theory is combed.Secondly,using the above theoretical system to verify the protection and renewal results of the ancient towns in Shawan,and by summarizing the protection planning,implementation process and follow-up development of Shawan,it was pointed out that the lack mainly stems from the lack of its overall environment and its originality.In-depth investigations eventually lead to the unbalanced protection of style and community development,and the loss of cultural fairness and social equity.Therefore,the protection and renewal of ancient towns is not only a technical and professional issue,but also a social issue.Finally,on the basis of the previous experience summaries,the study of the original survey and sustainable development of the ancient town of Shawan was conducted,and two strategies were summarized,namely the hierarchical networked planning strategy and community building management at the protection planning level.Level of community development strategy.At the level of conservation planning,as the protection of the physical environment of traditional villages and villages is closely related to the human environment and social space,the hierarchical nature of the traditional cultural heritage of villages and towns and the social-spatial production,development,and evolution process will not only help build cultural heritage.The network system will also consolidate the basis for the preparation of original research and protection plans.Based on this,this paper proposes a stratified and networked planning strategy,which is conducive to co-ordinating the information layer of cultural heritage,sorting out the relationship between the host and passenger of cultural heritage,and understanding the overall pattern of village space.The use of localization stratification and management stratification can also further construct a protection object network system,and can more fully complete the preparation of a networked,space-time mixed traditional village protection planning program.In the aspect of community building management,the concept of community development in sociology has been introduced and a new model of “Community Development Introducing Feature Protection Plan” has been proposed – that is,under the background of changing roles and concepts,the concept of community development has been introduced into the protection of traditional villages and towns.In addition,this model has carried out empirical research and feasibility analysis of this model in the ancient town of Shawan from both social and social capital perspectives.Introduce sociological analysis methods and community development planning techniques to increase social participation and diversity in protection planning and renewal.The protection and renewal of traditional villages and towns can only be implemented in accordance with the “integrity” and “original authenticity” principles of traditional villages and towns and the protection process.The emphasis is on the harmony and vitality of the community,and the common development of both people and society in order to enable traditional villages and towns to Staying alive.
