Research On Feature Control Of New Area Of Historical Cultural Town

With the new urbanization,the development of all-region tourism,the construction of characteristic towns and other related concepts put forward,historical and cultural town ushered in a new development opportunity,all over the ancient town resources to speed up the construction of historical and cultural town,in the whole development process,the new district style problem is not to be ignored,it is accompanied by the completion of the building.At present,the architectural design level of small towns is generally low and the basic situation of "one town in one thousand" is the same.How to shape the good style of the new district of famous historical and cultural towns is the key content of this paper.From this,three main issues are launched,respectively:What is "good style","how to develop style control research" and "how to control the formation of good style and" articles "to ask questions,analyze and solve problems,theory" research framework,based on the common problems existing in the development of the discussion,and sums up the general rules,make the research conclusion is more universal application value to research.So as to provide theoretical support and construction guidance for the future development of the new district.The first chapter clarifies the research background,purpose and significance of this paper,and explains the necessity of the topic selection.At the same time,it defines the relevant concepts involved in this paper and summarizes the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad to lay a good foundation for this research.The second chapter revolves around the "good style is what" this issue launches,first summarizes the historical and cultural town construction development process,according to the spatial form and style characteristics of the historical and cultural town division is divided into ancient town,old town,new district three parts.Then through the analysis of the historical and cultural town style common problems,and summarize the inspiration of foreign historical town style construction excellent cases,the historical and cultural town features of the new district are summarized.Chapter three puts forward the research ideas of style control in this paper.Firstly,it is clear that the research idea of style control in this paper is "to determine the goal of style control--to decompose the goal into specific research of style elements--to focus the research on specific buildings or space types".Secondly,it puts forward the two-level goal of style control.Thirdly,it establishes the style element system of new districts with famous historical and cultural towns.Finally,the main architectural and spatial types involved in the study of style elements are pointed out.The fourth and fifth chapters answer the question of "how to control to form a good style",discuss the two-tier style control objectives proposed in the third chapter respectively,summarize the control methods of various style elements,and put forward specific control strategies for each objective.The sixth chapter is the theoretical application.Based on the research basis above,specific guidelines for the control and guidance of Chikan Town New Area are formulated to guide the future construction of Chikan Town New Area.
