With the rapid and in-depth development of modern manufacturing technology,manufacturing process uncertainty is becoming less,each part of the system ismore closely linked,working cooperation is more coordinated,uncertainty is reduced,discrete decreases and continuityis improved,which makes the research on the manufacturing system based on the theory of discrete event dynamic system has disadvantages in theory metholds,therefore,thisdissertationcombines the promotion,reform and development of modern manufacturing technology to manufacturing production system,studies the dynamic nature and application research based on system logistics structure,function and process instead of production system logistics planning,resource allocation and stochastic dynamic process.In this dissertation the main logistics phenomena are redefined and reanalyzed,based on the dynamics theory of nonlinear system theoretical analysis and simulation on the manufacturing system of production logistics are thoroughly carried out,the interaction between the manufacturing system of working quantity and workpiece entity flow is analyzed,the theoretical framework of manufacturing production logistics system with continuous change of the time,space,state is constructed,the dynamic model for workpiece manufacturing entity flow of a single machine manufacturing and multi-machine serial manufacturing is established,the chaosphenomena and control method of production logistics are discussed,and oscillation mechanism of entity flow of manufacturing systemassembly is discovered.This dissertation analyzes the logistics structure and function of manufacturing system according to multi-body structure theory and the basic composition,defines the structure and function attributes of manufacturing system and logistics system,and puts forward two production logistics operation principle of chain beam swing and section beam oscillation for the logistics organization of production system.According to the nonlinear dynamics theory dynamic analysis of the manufacturing logistics system is carried out,multi-body structure theory and nonlinear dynamics theory are introduced into the study,the concept of manufacturing logistics system dynamics is put forward,for continuous or periodic logistics manufacturing system logistics dynamic model of the mechanical manufacturing system is established,the manufacturing logistics system dynamics analysis method is given,and a general mathematical model of Duffing for logistics dynamic manufacturing system is proposed.This dissertation analyzes logistics oscillation behavior and lawof the single freedom degree non-autonomous manufacturing logistics system under the task excitation and environmental time-variable parameters,studies the resonance oscillation of the logistics system,gives the first approximate solution and the stability conditions of the steady solution.It analyzesthe nonlinear oscillation behavior of auto-excitingmanufacturing logistics system at forced vibration,solves the first approximate solution and steady solution for two cases of non resonance and resonance respectively,as well as non resonance conditions of self oscillation,and analyzes the stability of the steady solution underresonance conditions.This dissertation studies the nonlinear dynamic problems of manufacturing system composed of two machines with one or two types of parts at serial or parallel manufacturing,fits logistics dynamic behavior of serial or parallel manufacturing logistics system structure using Hogg-Huberman multi-agent macro behavior,extends the Hogg-Huberman logistics dynamic model,according to the Hogg-Huberman theory that the attractor the steady state theory of fixed point for steady state logistics process effectively into the Nash equilibrium in the search process,analyzes the stability and bifurcation of two kinds of parallel logistics manufacturing system,and simulatesthe logistics chaos behavior after period doubling bifurcation.In this dissertation,a time discretization model and a chaotic control method for the continuous dynamic system of manufacturing logistics are proposed.According to the interchangeability mapping principle of the manufacturing logistics continuous dynamic differential equation and time-discrete dynamical differential equations,the actual process of logistics operation is described through the manufacturing logistics system logistics differential structure model,and logistics operation models of Malthus model,Verhulst model,Fibonacci model,Battle model are proposed and analyzed respecitively for the the logistics assembly system.Based on the theory of chaos control in the logistics of manufacturing system the theoretical basis and mathematical criterion of the logistics chaos control are given.This dissertationproposes logistics dynamic model for a single freedom degree serial or parallelmanufacturing system,designes the intermediate buffer,analyzes the relation between the logistics output law and the storage space of actual manufacturing through the logistics simulation of manufacturing system,and proves that an best finite value for storage space amount exists.
