| The so called train operation plan adjustment is when sudden accident happened and influenced the normal train operation dramatically,the reaction of high-speed dispatching department,and the rescheduled the train operation plan is used to the renewed train operation plan.Obviously,a reasonable new train operation plan that generated from the adjustment will benefit the train operation order back to efficient,thus can help reduce the influence of the accident as much as possible,while the solve speed of the new operation plan is the key to maintain an efficient high speed railway operation,also the key implement of its value.This dissertation chose the topic of how to adjust the high speed train operation plan under sudden accidents,to get series theory and method when sudden accident happens,reschedule train operation plan rapidly to replace old ones according to the accident facts There for,this dissertation take the high speed railway net as object,under the assumption of network operation,by analyzing the influence of different accidents to high speed train operation and the available adjustments that dispatching department can take,teasing the detailed methods of reschedule train operation flow when accidents happens,according to the train operation plan adjustment scenarios based on the rescheduled train operation plan when accidents happens,and to the case when heavy influence happened to adjust the train operation plan by train planning level,built two strong connected mathematical models to describe the problem and designed the solve algorithms,to test the accuracy of the models and algorithms,proposed a fast checking method by computer simulation,then real world case are used to verification and proved the maneuverability and accuracy.The main works of this dissertation are as follows(1)By reviewing literature and survey of the real world case,start from the identify of sudden accident and study problem,revealed who sudden accidents influence the train operation,then use systematical viewpoint and analog approach to get the reschedule of train operation under sudden accidents(to replace the existing one).Take consideration of the fact that the rail section capacity and circuitous route available will influence the adjustment choice and finally decide the reschedule operation plan,discuss the advantage and disadvantage of existing railway capacity calculation method and circuitous route generation method,based on that,according to the features of the objective,take convenience as principle,choose and decide the method that suits this dissertation and give some optimization suggestions.(2)For the case that sudden accidents happens and influence the train operation heavily,consider the fact that it is not possible to get a feasible solution when just consider the time horizon,build two strong connected mathematical models,to describe the train operation adjustment from the train planning level.In which,train operation structure adjust model solve the train operation structure adjustment from the train planning level,which decides the train route adjustment,single unit or double unit and start station and destination station;while train operation time adjust model solve the detailed train operation plan,which decides the arrival and departure time instant at each station.(3)Consider the features and function of the model,designed rapid solve algorithm separately.In which,for the train operation structure adjustment model solve algorithm,the so called train unit circulation net was used for the modeling,consider some high speed line will stop operating for maintenance during night time,take train running time as constraints to model;as for the algorithm of the train operation time adjustment model is based on the order optimization theory combined with simulation technologies,designed the train cannot departure earlier than the scheduled departure time at passenger service stations.(4)As an application technology,train operation adjustment should guarantee the accuracy,proposed an indirect accuracy checking list of the model that built,and gave the detailed checking content as well as program method.the very core of this method is still based on whether the train operation satisfies the environment constraints,thus it is normal,the checking list and content also suit for the ordinary train operation plan(including train operation adjusting plan)before put into operation.(5)Consider the study case,gave a real world case under sudden accidents to verify the model proposed in this dissertation,and programed all the algorithms,get the solution that based on current operation plan,to verify the accuracy,practicability and efficiency of the theory and method proposed in this dissertation. |
