In In order to adapt to the rapid development of China's economy,the Ministry of Railways has put forward the development strategy of high-speed rail with the separation of passengers and goods,and planned and laid out a high-speed rail network with eight vertical and eight horizontal levels.at present,the construction of four vertical and four horizontal networks has been completed and encryption is being extended.With the continuous improvement of the high-speed rail network,the country has completed the construction of more than 300 high-speed railway stations.The high-speed railway station is not only an important node connecting the high-speed rail network,but also an important hub of regional economic development.The construction project of high-speed railway station hub involves many sub-projects.Only the participants of these sub-projects can strengthen communication and effective coordination,can they realize the effective integration of organizational management,in formation sharing and technical interface.BIM platform provides a scientific and convenient communication environment and collaborative means for the integrated management of this complex project,which can greatly improve the management level of the construction project.Based on the development and implementation of the S high-speed railway station project at the present stage,this paper studies the BIM integrated management platform,using the integrated management mode of BIM technology and information sharing,to solve the problem of poor communication among multiple participants and information isolated islands in the whole life cycle of the project on a unified platform.So that all participants in the project,such as owners,contractors,design,construction and supervision,can obtain the key data of different stages of project implementation timely and effectively on the integrated management platform,so as to quickly make judgments and decisions to assist project management,in order to meet th e management needs of different stages and different objectives of project participants and managers.According to the construction characteristics of railway ancillary buildings,theory and engineering practice,this paper constructs the solution of digit al integrated management system based on BIM in the process of railway construction,including integrated organizational structure,implementation strategy,control guarantee and promotion evaluation.This paper analyzes the management and construction implementation of specific engineering cases,and puts forward an organizational structure based on integrated management mechanism.Through the establishment of hierarchical structure model AHP analysis and demonstration,it is concluded that the use of BIM for project integrated management is feasible,and it is expected that the exploration and research can provide useful reference for the integrated management of similar projects.
