Along with the rapid development of the metro, the density of urban construction in China has surged in recent years. The study of intensive construction under the matching of urban system efficiency has attracted multidisciplinary attention. The study uses high-density metro station area as a focus point to explore the correlation between building strength, building type ratio and subway passenger flow.Based on the steady-state equilibrium between urban systems,a series of mathematical model functions are constructed to provide design guidance for the future high-density metro station area construction.By analyzing the research status of related disciplines and combining with the purpose of this study, the research object and scope are defined, and the relevant research methods are developed. The logical framework of this study is constructed,on the basis of sorting out the existing theoretical evolution. Then establish relevant data platforms and calculate urban construction indicators in advance. After determining the data correlation of the relevant variables, the building strength function model, the subproject strength function model and the building proportional quantitative function model are constructed of the relevant subway passenger flow. And this paper makes an exploratory hypothesis for the classification method of metro station area types, and verifies the statistical rationality of the hypothesis. The conclusions of the series quantization models are verified by the validation samples, and are used in the reconstruction site and the new site respectively. Finally, after the practical demonstration of the research results, the paper summarizes the main research conclusions and reveals the innovative significance of the research, and puts forward the prospect of the relevant research direction of the metro station area in the future.
