| Design and research related to energy-efficient building show that energy-saving strategies are expanding from building scale to district scale and urban scale,also expanding from evaluating the construction and operation stage to participating in the masterplan design stage.In order to achieve the national goal of reducing carbon dioxide emissions,and to provide a series of design strategies to make residential buildings to control their energy demands in the masterplan design stage in district scale.This rearch attempts to explore the influence of urban morphology on energy consumption of buildings through software simulation,using HTB2 and Virvil Plugins,a dynamic building energy simulation software,as simulation tools,choosing 35 dwellings in Nanjing as the research object,and using SPSS,a high reputation data solution software,as a statistical analysis tool to analyse the simulation results.The typical hot-summer and cold-winter climate in Nanjing put forward more stringent requirements for the balance of energy consumption in heating and cooling.Compared with public buildings,residential buildings have simple function,and the range of architectural morphological changes is controllable.So that the causes of energy consumption in terms of non-morphological factors are limited,which is more aligned with this study’s aim,to find the impact of urban morphology on the energy consumption through simulation.The research process is divided into three stages.The first stage is literature review,aimed at figuring out what the influencing factors of energy consumption are,how urban form affects the energy consumption of buildings,and how to analyze the impact of urban morphology on the energy consumption.The second stage is to select the study samples,build sample models in Sketchup,calculate the annual energy consumption each sample,and calculate the 7 morphological indicators for each sample.The third stage is data analysis,using the statistical analysis software SPSS to carry on the multiple regression analysis for the 35 samples’ morphological indicators and the energy consumption results.It is found that dwellings in Nanjing,under the influence of the combined multi-factors in hot-summer and cold-winter climate,building density is the only factor that can significantly affect the overall energy consumption for the point-type and line-type residential buildings;building directions is the only factor that can significantly affect the overall energy consumption for the hybrid-type residential buildings;no indicators can significantly affect the overall energy consumption for courtyard-type residential buildings;if not considering the morphological type of dwellings,or there is no obvious morphological type bias,the S/V factor is the only factor that can significantly affect the overall energy consumption of dwellings.Words: 77400,Figures: 87,Tables: 33... |
