Passive ultra-low energy residential buildings with ultra-low energy consumption,high comfort,micro-emission characteristics of the future development of the direction of the building and the inevitable trend.Chinese passive ultra-low energy consumption of building technology is not yet mature,the existing domestic passive demonstration project basic from European experience and data,with reference to the German design standards,the direct introduction of foreign technology for only a small amount of improvement,and the current European passive ultra-low energy building technology and the integrated system has not yet been a large-scale practice and a mature solution in Chinese hot summer and cold winter climate zone.In addition,our determination of passive ultra-low-energy buildings is based on a single component or technical equipment,based on a single energy consumption,the lack of primary energy consumption of the entire building definition and limits,and for incremental costs and incremental benefits.There is only a rough estimate of the current,so the passive building energy efficiency technology system and its incremental costs and incremental benefits for accurate evaluation.In view of the climatic conditions and design concepts of hot summer and cold winter areas,there are many differences in other climatic regions,and the complicated demand of insulation,heat insulation and energy consumption control in residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas is fully considered.First,And the methods of simulation research.The factors influencing the energy saving level of passive ultra-low energy consumption residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter area are evaluated,and the merits and demerits of the appropriate technology strategy are quantitatively analyzed.Secondly,through the BP neural network and orthogonal test method,the technology is combined to simulate the overall energy saving level of the passive ultra-low energy residential building after adopting thetechnology integration scheme,and a set of passive super-Low energy consumption residential building energy consumption prediction model,can compare the different passive ultra-low energy consumption control technology integration system of the pros and cons to guide the passive ultra-low energy residential building design.In addition,the optimization scheme of the most suitable passive energy-saving technology in the region is selected,which can be used as a technology integration system for passive ultra-low energy residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas in China.Finally,the incremental cost and incremental benefit analysis of passive ultra-low energy residential buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas are analyzed.The results show that passive ultra-low energy residential buildings have good economic benefits and excellent market potential in hot summer and cold winter areas.
