Block type commercial building has become an important development mode of commercial building,and also an important place for citizens to experience,shopping and activity.However,at present,there are relatively few researches on the thermal environment,thermal comfort and air conditioning energy consumption of block commercial buildings,especially on the environmental factors of thermal comfort of block commercial people,the main design factors of air conditioning energy consumption and the relationship between them.It has great social benefits and significance for the in-depth study of thermal comfort,air conditioning energy consumption and optimization strategy in the current block business.Based on the field thermal comfort survey and thermal environment test of block commercial space in hot and humid areas,this paper determines the pet range and prediction index of commercial street in hot and humid areas in each season,analyzes the key factors affecting the air conditioning energy consumption in combination with the characteristics of block commercial,and finally determines the optimization strategy of outdoor thermal environment and air conditioning energy consumption of block commercial buildings.First of all,through the field,network and drawing research work,a clear layout of large-scale block type commercial buildings for the next stage of air conditioning energy consumption simulation model foundation.At the same time,the relationship between infiltration air volume and wind pressure,thermal pressure,mechanical pressure is theoretically deduced under the condition of external door opening in the actual operation of commercial buildings,and the relationship between infiltration air volume and outdoor temperature,wind speed and indoor design pressure is clarified.Secondly,the sensitivity of three kinds of building envelope parameters and three kinds of outdoor thermal environment parameters are analyzed by means of global sensitivity analysis,and the sensitivity factors of energy consumption are listed as window to wall ratio,solar heat gain coefficient and external window heat transfer coefficient,and the optimal value of external window heat transfer coefficient is 3.0 W/(m~2·K).At the same time,the main rule of the influence of microclimate parameters on the energy consumption of air-conditioning under the three kinds of entrance and exit is determined.Thirdly,the thermal comfort range of pet suitable for the humid and hot areas in South China is further defined through investigation and measurement.At the same time,using the method of multiple linear regression,the applicability of TSV model in block type commercial buildings in hot and humid areas of China is modified,and the modified formula TSV*model in four seasons is obtained.Finally,based on ENVI-met simulation analysis software,the quantitative analysis results of various parameters(such as aspect ratio,shade rate,ceiling transmittance ratio,main support ratio,layout form)related to layout design of block commercial buildings are obtained,forming optimization strategy.At the same time,this strategy is used in the outdoor thermal environment optimization design of Luogang Wanda Plaza as an example to compare the changes of thermal feeling,thermal environment and building air conditioning energy consumption before and after optimization,and to verify the optimization strategy.
