E-commerce has a huge impact on the traditional entity business model,and the binary spatial pattern of shop-walking space in most commercial complexes is seriously homogenized,resulting in poor experience.Large scale and diversified functions of large block type commercial complex has become the inevitable trend of the development of commercial complex.The influence of experiential consumption is gradually expanding,which provides a new idea for the design of block commercial complex.Pedestrian space is the most typical space of block type commercial complex,and it is also an important open space bearing consumer behavior.Therefore,the design of pedestrian public space has an extremely important influence on the construction of the whole block type commercial complex.Creating experiential and good atmosphere walking space will greatly improve the space vitality of commercial buildings,as well as the attraction to consumer groups.By classifying the walking space of the block type commercial complex,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the space,mode,demand and other aspects,and lays a theoretical foundation for the subject research.Jinan Kuanghouli block type commercial complex is determined as the research object.Spatial survey,consumer SP questionnaire survey and data collection are carried out.First,the 13 walking space influencing factors that are determined by the survey questionnaire that affect consumer consumption experience are combined into scenarios,and Clogit discrete selection model is used for quantitative analysis of the data.The utility coefficients of different walking space influencing factors,namely the weight values,are obtained.The SP utility model is used to achieve the quantification and evaluation of the utility of the impact factors of walking space.The method of quantifying walking space provides a new idea from the perspective of behavior for improving the consumer experience of the walking space of the block type commercial complex.According to the element types of different street and lane space combinations,the additional utility coefficient is used to calculate the utility and consumer choice preference of different street and lane space combinations.Finally,this thesis quantified the utility of walking space of Kuanhouli block type commercial complex,optimized and transformed the impact factors of its space elements,so as to improve the environmental quality of walking space of Kuanhouli block type commercial complex,and improve the richness,comfort and experience of consumers' consumption activities.This thesis explores the methods to improve the pedestrian space elements of the block type commercial complex,which provides a certain degree of reference for future research in related fields.
