Research On New Media Information Interaction Between Enterprises And Users:An Information Ecology Perspective

Enterprises play an important role in the development of national economy."Intelligent +" and omnimedia play a prelude to the development of New media in China.More and more enterprises pay attention to data economy and use various new media platforms to conduct information interaction with users.How to grasp the development opportunity of new media,improve the information interaction effect between enterprises and users,promote the balance of information interaction ecosystem,and improve the core competitive advantage of enterprises has become an important task of enterprise development.In this paper,based on relevant literature review at home and abroad,based on Information Ecology theory,constructs the enterprise under the new media environment and user information interaction mechanism model,and then puts forward the enterprise under the new media environment and user information interaction research model,the system of enterprises and users is analyzed based on the characteristics of the new media platform for information interaction,influence factors,the evaluation index system,the interactive mode and guiding strategy,research conclusion can guide enterprises use new media platform to strengthen the user information interaction,improve the effect of customer relationship maintenance,eventually improve enterprise core competitiveness.Based on the Information Ecology theory,this paper analyzes the mechanism,characteristics,influencing factors,effect evaluation and other theoretical issues of information interaction between enterprises and users in the context of new media by comprehensively using literature analysis,empirical analysis,social network analysis and case analysis.The core chapter is mainly composed of six parts.Chapter 3,based on the information ecosystem theory,deeply analyzes the information interaction mechanism between enterprises and users under the new media environment,which is the core theoretical framework of the whole paper.Chapter 4,based on the informationhuman factor theory,explores the characteristics of information interaction between enterprises and users in the new media environment.Chapter 5 and Chapter 6,based on the information ecosystem theory,construct the influencing factors and evaluation index system of information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment.Chapter 7,from the perspective of Information Ecology practice and application,summarizes the information interaction modes between enterprises and users under three new media environments,and conducts in-depth comparative analysis of typical enterprise new media information interaction platform cases.Logically,Chapter 3 is the theoretical core framework,and Chapter4 to the Chapter 6 is progressive in the theoretical research.Chapter 7 is the theoretical induction and deduction of the practical level of information interaction between enterprises and users of new media from the perspective of Information Ecology,which provides support for Chapter 8.The last part of the practical research of this paper,proposes interactive countermeasures of information between enterprises and users in the context of new media based on the research results at the theoretical and practical levels.Chapter 3,based on the information ecosystem theory,deeply analyzes the interaction mechanism between enterprises and users under the new media environment,constructs the interaction mechanism model of enterprises and users under the new media environment,and then puts forward the research model of information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment.First of all,the paper analyzes the motivation of new media information interaction between enterprises and users,and constructs the motivation model of information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment.Secondly,from the perspective of system view,the ecosystem structure of information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment is explored,including ecological factors,ecological chainand ecological niche of information interaction between enterprises and users.Then,it analyzes the four ecological elements of information interaction,including subject,object,environment and technology,and constructs the ecological element model of information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment.Finally,on the basis of the above research work,a mechanism model of information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment is built,and a research model of information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment is proposed,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Chapter 4,based on the information human factor theory and on the basis of the improvement of the SICAS model,the interactive characteristics model of information between enterprises and users under the new media environment was built.Social network analysis and semantic analysis methods were adopted to carry out research on the interactive characteristics of information between enterprises and users under the new media environment.Study,adopting some degree of centricity index analysis information interaction center for forward and adopted by forwarding behavior,middle degree index analysis of concern and attention by behavior analysis and use close to the center for review and comments on behavior analysis and using feature vector center for information interaction of cohesion and semantic keywords frequency word frequency analysis information interaction,using the five characteristics attribute index enterprises under the new media environment and user information behavior characteristics of the interaction.The results show that the model can systematically analyze the characteristics of information interaction,and the information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment is more timely,with better interaction effect and higher user satisfaction.This chapter provides theoretical support for the research of influencing factors in Chapter 5.Chapter 5 is based on the information ecosystem theory and immersion theory.Based on the successful model of the information system,it constructs the influencing factor model of information interaction between enterprises and users in the new media environment.Based on the detailed questionnaire survey,it USES the structural equation to verify the influencing factor model.The results show that individual user cognition,new media information quality,new media service quality,immersion experience and new media system quality have a positive impact on information interaction satisfaction,while user new media information interaction satisfaction has a positive impact on information interaction behavior.According to the degree of influence,information quality of new media,individual cognition of users,immersion experience,service quality of new media and system quality of new media are listed in descending order.This chapter strongly supports the construction of Chapter 6 evaluation index system.Chapter 6 based on the Information Ecology theory,constructs the evaluation index system of information interaction effect between enterprises and users under the new media environment from the four dimensions of information technology,information,information environment and information person,and USES the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the index weight.Specifically,based on the information person factor,two first-level indicators of information interaction content security and user participation are constructed.Based on the information factor,two first-level indexes,information interaction usefulness and information interaction content timeliness,were constructed.Based on the information environment factor,a first-level index of information interaction service is constructed.Based on information technology factor,a first-level index of stability of new media platform was constructed.The results show that user participation,usefulness of information interaction and timeliness of information interaction content are the main indexes to evaluate the effect of information interaction.Chapter 8provides guidelines for countermeasure research.Chapter 7 based on the information ecosystem theory,summarizes the information interaction mode between enterprises and users in the new media environment from the practical level,and selects typical enterprise cases for analysis.In the research process,the interaction mode of user-generated content is analyzed from the perspective of information person,the interaction mode of "intelligent +" information technology is analyzed from the perspective of information technology,and the information interaction mode of "online + offline" is analyzed from the perspective of information environment.Combined with typical enterprise information interaction patterns,this paper explores the characteristics of different information niche interaction patterns.This paper analyzes the user-generated content interaction mode of Douyin short video,baidu's "intelligent +" interaction mode,and Haier's "online+ offline" interaction mode,and makes a comparative analysis of these three modes.This chapter provides practical guidance for Chapter 8.Chapter 8 based on the theoretical and practical research results of this paper,proposes countermeasures to guide the information interaction between enterprises and users in the new media environment.First of all,based on the perspective of information person,this paper proposes strategies for improving the comprehensive level of enterprise information management in the new media environment and building the comprehensive quality of user information in the new media environment.Secondly,based on the perspective of information technology,the optimization strategy of enterprise new media application level and system quality and the promotion strategy of enterprise comprehensive information technology service level are proposed.Finally,based on the perspective of information environment,this paper proposes strategies for building the information interaction service level between enterprises and users in the new media environment,and countermeasures for upgrading enterprises' digital economy and information consumption in the new media environment.Based on the theory of Information Ecology,this paper systematically studies the theoretical system of information interaction between enterprises and users of new media.To deepen the Information Ecology theory in the new media application in the field of information interaction,explore the new media companies and users information characteristics and law of interaction,clear the factors that affect enterprises and new media information user interaction,put forward the new media companies and users information interaction system,for the enterprise how to make full use of new media tools ecological harmonious information interaction with the user to provide theoretical guidance;At the practical level,this paper summarizes the mode of new media information interaction between enterprises and users,and provides practical guidance for enterprises and users to make use of new media tools to carry out ecological and harmonious information interaction.At the same time,it gives the action policy based on ecological factors from the strategic level.In future studies,this paper will include more sample data to enhance the universality of the research conclusions.Meanwhile,based on the Information Ecology theory and the theoretical research results of this paper,the evolution model of information interaction between enterprises and users under the new media environment will be further constructed,and empirical research will be carried out to promote the in-depth application of the research results in the practical level.
