Driven by the automobile industry,the auto parts logistics industry develops vigorously.However,some problems in the auto parts logistics,which guarantees the healthy operation of the auto industry,need to be solved urgently.First of all,the unreasonable allocation of resources in China's auto parts logistics market leads to high costs.Secondly,lack of systematic and large-scale information system,resulting in poor ability to respond quickly to customer needs.Furthermore,with the development of automobile industry and the intensification of competition,the research and development cycle of new vehicles is shortened greatly,which requires higher quality standards of spare parts logistics service.At the same time,the diversification and personalization of customer demand and the development of information technology have posed new challenges for the development of parts logistics industry.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate the logistics resources of auto parts industry.How to integrate to exert the effect of integration is a very important theoretical and practical problem.Scientific decisionmaking mechanism is the key factor to determine the integration effect.The research on the integration mechanism of auto parts logistics resources is of great reference significance to realize the optimization allocation of parts logistics resources and improve the overall competitiveness of the industry.This paper takes the existing problems of auto parts logistics as the entry point,starts from the whole auto parts logistics industry,and takes the auto parts logistics service integrator as the decision-making subject to build the overall framework of auto parts logistics resources integration.On this basis,through the modeling,the paper studies the related issues such as the design of logistics resource integration mechanism,the evolution mechanism of integration and the level of performance measurement of integration.And combines the situation of an auto parts logistics service integrator in the southwest region,example and simulation verification were performed.The main innovations of this research are summarized as follows:(1)The paper constructs the overall frame model of auto parts logistics resources integration based on value co-creation logic.This study combines cloud service,an advanced service mode,with auto parts logistics industry,and proposes a specific mode of integrating auto parts logistics resources oriented to cloud service,and explains the connotation of auto parts logistics resources integration from the multi-disciplinary perspectives of service science,economics,management science and system science.At the same time,to maximize benefits to spare parts logistics integration,in this paper,starting from the logic of value creating,building the overall framework of the auto parts logistics resource integration model,namely,through the operation of the auto parts logistics resource integration,evolution and the performance evaluation mechanism to solve matching parts of auto parts logistics supply and demand,adjustment and feedback,and other issues.(2)Designing the decision-making mechanism of the integration of auto parts logistics resources from the perspective of supply and demand of logistics services.Previous studies have mainly focused on logistics service providers.This study builds a multi-objective programming model by comprehensively considering the characteristics of both the supply and demand sides of auto parts logistics,namely the demand attribute of the parts logistics customer and the resource attribute of the logistics service provider,and global optimization through the backbone particle swarm optimization algorithm.Using the Shapely value method and the entropy weight-Topsis to distribute and correct the benefits;combined with the principal-agent theory,the quality incentive mechanism of the single-client multi-agent is established,and the quality incentive mechanism is optimized.(3)This paper reveals the dynamic evolution mechanism of the integration of automotive parts logistics resources.According to the game evolution of the auto parts logistics enterprises participating in the integration,it is found that when the benefits of non-cooperation cannot make up for the cost,the integration will proceed smoothly,and reasonable income and cost allocation will facilitate the efficient allocation of resources.According to the game evolution of logistics service quality behavior,it is found that the dynamic penalty strategy is more beneficial to the quality maintenance of the component logistics enterprises participating in the integration than the fixed penalty.In the aspect of system evolution,the self-organization theory is used to establish and analyze the evolution process of the integrated system order parameters,and the evolution mechanism of the integrated system structure function is explained by the self-organized fluctuation theory.(4)This paper clarifies the performance measurement level of auto parts logistics resource integration.Performance measures are an overall measure of the effectiveness of the integration.Based on integrating information technology,customer demand orientation and resource supply attributes,this study quantifies the specific degree of integration of auto parts flow resources,constructs a performance measurement index system for the integration of auto parts logistics resources,and designs data envelopment and fuzzy analytic hierarchy analysis.The comprehensive evaluation method was verified with an example to measure and feedback the integration effect.There are 55 figures,30tables,and 259 references.
