At present,with the increase of urban population,the total traffic demand and mode of transportation are increasing,and the traffic structure is also constantly adjusting.However,the traffic supply of historic districts is limited because of the restriction of landscape protection.How the limited traffic supply meets the trend of increasing total traffic demand and diversification of structure,so as to achieve a new balance between supply and demand has become an urgent problem to be solved.After several years of construction and development,road facilities in historic districts have formed a relatively complete traffic network system.In view of the limitations of landscape protection,there is no great potential to alleviate traffic pressure by developing infrastructure.Therefore,it is necessary to change the existing traffic development model and find alternative ways to solve urban traffic problems.To achieve the sustainable development goal of traffic in historic districts and realize the traffic structure of historic districts adapted to the requirements of sustainable development of urban society,economy and ecosystem,based on the analysis of the status quo,and considering the characteristics of urban history and culture and the requirement of sustainable development of traffic structure,this paper aims to study the characteristics of travel mode choice behavior of residents in historic districts at micro level.In this paper,the optimization of traffic structure on the premise of sustainable development from macro level is performed,and the evaluation system and method of sustainable development level for the traffic structure in historic districts are proposed,which can guide future traffic development policies of historic blocks.Based on the survey results of typical historic districts in China,the main traffic characteristics of historic districts are summarized.Based on the survey results of individual activities and trips of residents in four typical historical districts of four famous historical cities in central and Western China,the characteristics of travelers in historical districts are analyzed.From the two aspects of "single trip" mode selection characteristics and "trip chain" based residential travel characteristics,the statistical results of resident travel mode selection behavior under different travel characteristics are obtained,as well as the main-derived travel chain model in historical districts and the overall travel chain characteristics of travelers.A new Bayesian network structure learning algorithm based on mutual information and D-S evidence theory is proposed to improve the efficiency of structure learning.According to the characteristics of historic districts,this paper systematically combs the connotation of sustainable development traffic system and the logical relationship of sustainable development traffic system in historic districts,and puts forward the quantitative methods of slow traffic environmental carrying capacity and motorized traffic environmental carrying capacity in historic districts.A traffic structure prediction model of historic districts based on dynamic game model is established.In this model,the goal of dynamic game is to maximize the player profit.Based on the concept of sustainable development of traffic system in historic districts and the traffic capacity of historic districts as traffic volume constraints,the model can fully reflect the competition among different traffic modes.Based on the improved P-S-R conceptual model,the evaluation system for sustainable development level of traffic structure in historic districts is put forward,and the evaluation and investigation on sustainable development level of traffic structure in historic districts are realized by using the theory of correlation degree.Furthermore,the evaluation criteria of sustainable development level of traffic structure in historic districts are put forward,which can provide a basis for the evaluation of traffic structure in historic districts.This study is helpful to judge the behavior mechanism of residents in historic districts in choosing travel modes,to determine the main traffic functions that each mode of transportation,which can provide theoretical basis for the optimization of traffic structure and sustainable development.
