Healthy Multi-dimensional Evaluation System For Ecological Tourism In Baihe Forest

After the commercial forest logging was stopped fully in the key state-owned forest areas in northeast China,how to play its own advantages to realize the green transformation and develop alternative industries has become a practical subject.The state-owned forest areas should make full use of their unique advantages in geographical areas,resources and environment to develop the ecological tourism,increase the new economic growth point,and promote the reform of the supply side.Although Baihe forest area has taken the first step of transformation,the tourism industry alternative is not strong enough to make up for the imbalance of Changbai Mountain tourism industry development disadvantage obviously.The paper puts forward the concepts of ecological tourism industry,industrial capacity,health etc.to make more applicable evaluation and more comprehensively analysis for ecological tourism to the current situation.The paper establishes multi-dimensional evaluation of Eco-tourism industry in state-owned forest areas,and then taking baihe forest as an example of dimensional analysis,put forward feasible Suggestions for improvement combining with the results of the analysis.In the part of Eco-tourism resources dimension analysis,the types of tourism resources within the area of Baihe Forestry Bureau were comprehensively and carefully analyzed.The results show that Spatial distribution of Baihe Forestry Bureau,which has 8 main classes,22 sub-categories and 61 resource units in total,was "point-axis type".The main tourism resources in the Baihe forest area are pyramid-shaped,among which there are 3,8,12,12 and 5 resources respectively in the five,four,three,two and one level of resources.The evaluation model of ecological tourism resources health is established and the Baihe forest is evaluated.The result shows that the dimensional health evaluation score of ecological tourism resources in Baihe forest area is 86.1607.Then the corresponding improvement suggestions according to the evaluation score are put forward.In the part of carrying capacity of the Eco-tourism environment analysis,the evaluation model of the Eco-tourism environment carrying capacity is established.After several optimization,main index weights of 12 main indexes that including the annual total flow,the time distribution of the runoff,the vegetation coverage,the biodiversity index,the tour index,the impact of the index,the per capita GDP,the accommodation capacity,the solid waste treatment rate,the domestic waste water treatment rate,the tourist complaint rate and the landscape aesthetics degree are determined by AHP.And the result of evaluation that combining with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method shows that the comprehensive evaluation result of Eco-tourism environmental carrying capacity in Baihe forest area is 0.6613,which is close to the mild overload condition.The types of tourist vehicles and the treatment rate of domestic waste water are the main factors that restrict the Eco-tourism Development of major obstacles.According to the results of the ecological carrying capacity evaluation,improvements are proposed from three aspects,that is social carrying capacity,economic carrying capacity.In the part of Ecological tourism market dimension analysis,Baihe forest tourism market status is analyzed with SWOT.And the results show that the current Baihe Forestry Bureau,whether its advantages and disadvantages of tourism development,or the external environment of the opportunities and challenges are have two sides and transformable.According to the evaluation results,the paper put forward Baihe forest Eco-tourism development strategy and industrial layout,and summarizes the existing marketing model,then proposes the suitable Eco-tourism market influence scheme for Baihe forest area.In the part of Eco-tourism industry capacity dimension analysis,the paper proposed that the Eco-tourism industry ability includes the area health,the forest defense security,the management system three directions,and establish the ecological health evaluation model of Baihe forest area.The result showed that the ecological health evaluation index of Baihe forest area is 88.0073,which is all in healthy level.Based on the BP neural network model,the forest fire disaster warning model of the national forest area was established,and the dynamic analysis showed that the forest security of Baihe forest area was stable.Then the paper summarizes existing three management systems of Baihe forest area,the results show that no matter which system,there are great hidden dangers.In the end,based on the analysis of the above three points,the paper puts forward the feasible suggestions for the healthy development of Eco-tourism industry in Baihe forest area.The research in this paper can provide a useful reference for the evaluation of Eco-tourism in state forest area,especially in Changbai Mountain Forest Industry Area.The suggestions of ecological tourism industry in Baihe forest area have certain practical significance for its healthy development.
