The Influencial Factors And Its Benefits Of Cultivated Land Use Based On Rural Residential Agglomeration

With the rapid development of China's economy and population,the consumption of resources is increasing and building an intensive resource-saving society becomes imminent.Integrating the rural resources and improving their effects will be a breakthrough in the construction of intensive resource-saving society.Comprehensive improvement of rural residential areas is an effective measure to promote the integration and utilization of rural resources.In-depth discussion and analysis of the problem of utilization scale of cultivated land resources,under the current background of the comprehensive improvement of the rural residential areas,have a very important practical and theoretical significance in the promotion of the effective integration and utilization of cultivated land resources,exploration of the way of its development and the difficulties,coordination of the development of urban and rural areas and building a intensive resource-saving society.With regard to the regulation of rural residential areas,it is generally considered that the higher degree of the agglomeration of rural residential areas helps sort out large tracts of agricultural land;with the lager utilization scale of the cultivated land,the comprehensive benefits of the cultivated land utilization can be also released,However,the existing research of the utilization scale and benefit of the agricultural land has not involved multiple time dimension and multiple spatial scales combined with the agglomeration degree of rural residential areas.How to set the framework for analyzing the relationship between the comprehensive improvement of rural residential areas and realization of the utilization scale of cultivated land and build drive mechanism of the cultivated land scale utilization and evaluation mechanisms of benefits in different rural residential configuration model,have become a problem that needs to be addressed and solved urgently.Reviewing a large volume of literature aboutthe configuration mode of the rural residential areas and related theoretical system about the utilization scale of cultivated land,and does spatial-temporal variations analysis of rural residential areas in Dafeng City as the coastal city,Yizheng City along the Yangtze River and Peixian as the inland city of Jiangsu Province,thus divide Agglomeration degree of rural residential areas;analysis the temporal and spatial variation of the utilization scale of cultivated land in Dafeng,Yizheng and Peixian,build influence factors system of cultivated land scale utilization at different agglomeration degree of rural residential areas from the three aspects of spatial structure,quality of cultivated land and farmland ecology,analyze their impact mechanism,evaluate the utilization benefit of the cultivated land,provide decision-making basis for the scientific and reasonable evaluation and optimization of rural residential land allocation to promote the use of cultivated land.The main contents are as follows:?Use GIS tools to explore time and space development process of rural residential areas and cultivated land scale,including calculating the C value of Voronoi diagram to divide the agglomeration degree of rural residential areas,and calculate landscape ecological pattern index to quantitatively describe rural residential areas and scale of cultivated land of the three City in nearly five years;? To build influencing factors system of cultivated land scale utilization in different agglomeration degree of rural residential areas,take the method of principal component to analysis the influence degree of the scale of driving factors on the utilization scale of the cultivated land,excavate key factors about optimizing agglomeration degree of rural residential areas to realize the scale-utilization of cultivated land? Building a benefit-evaluation system of cultivated land scale-utilization which conforms to multiple spatial-scale under the background of different agglomeration degree of rural residential areas,combines AHP method and principal component method to determine evaluation index weights,the linear weighting method is adopted to evaluate the scale-utilization level of cultivated land in research areas scientifically compare comprehensive benefit value of cultivated land utilization in different agglomeration degree,and study the relationship with configuration of rural residential areas,in order to provide a theoretical reference for adjustment of cultivated land scale-utilization and optimize the utilization benefit of the cultivated land.Main conclusions are as follows:(1)Through the amplitude and velocity of the cultivated land utilization changes.Cultivated land of other towns changed slowly or shrinked in addition to the Sanlong Townin Da feng(2)According to fragmentation index and separation index,the proximity and connectivity of the cultivated land landscape has increased in three cities,showing a trend of concentrated and intensive distribution in space,but the cultivated land area decreased gradually..(3)The analysis about the changes of the scale and landscape pattern of the rural residential areas showed that the distribution showed the trend of focus on development.Location factors have outstanding effect on the distribution and evolution of rural residential areas.The rural residential of highest agglomeration degree distribute within 400m from cultivated land,1000m from road,500m from river,2000m from town.(4)The main influencing factors of cultivated land utilization scale are different in different agglomeration degree Patch density(X2)and patch area standard deviation(X4)have obvious influence on utilization scale of cultivated lands in different agglomeration degree;patch number(XI)has obvious influence in high and low agglomeration degree;fertilizer application in per unit area of cultivated land(X8)has obvious influence on medium agglomeration degree and organic matter content(X12)has obvious influence on low agglomeration degree.Also,the quality of the cultivated land has a more important influence on utilization scale in medium and low agglomeration degree.(5)According to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of land utilization,when the other conditions remain unchanged,take the town as the research scale,it can be seen that the agglomeration degree has obvious correlation with the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land utilization scale.That is the agglomeration degree is higher,the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land is also higher.(6)The location conditions is also of great importance to the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land utilization.The comprehensive benefit of three cities are basically extending outward according to the concentric circles type.By calculating the average value of comprehensive benefit of cultivated land utilization in the three cities,we can know that the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land utilization in Dafeng City as the coastal city is the highest,the second is Yizheng City along the Yangtze River,the third is Peixian as the inland city.Along with the inland city to the eastern coastal city,drived and affected by the development of economy along the sea and the Yangtze River,Dafeng and Yizheng have superior economic development conditions and reasonable agglomeration degree,the comprehensive benefit of cultivated land utilization increased relatively.
