From the point of view of land classification, funeral land belongs to special land, which mainly consumes land resources.with the aging degree of population in our country, higher requirements are put forward for the development of funeral reform and the allocation of land resources at present. In 1956,funeral reform was carried out in an all-round way and cremation was actively carried out,but so far, there is still the phenomenon of direct burial of remains or coffin with ashes in remote rural areas.Due to the free availability of cultivated land in rural areas,a large number of cemeteries in rural areas are built directly on cultivated land, directly occupying a large number of cultivated land areas and causing serious pollution to them.In the vast rural area of the Bengbu city, although the cremation rate has reached the index developed by the higher level, the actual effect of the funeral reform is not in fact, the peasants still adhere to the nature of the burial, not only in the coffin, but also to keep the tomb directly in the contracted cultivated land,This is a violation of the original intention of the funeral reform. In this paper, the three rural dual-bridge villages, the village of Zhangye and the village of Suo in the city of Bengbu are selected as the research area, and the field investigation is carried out through the questionnaire interview. The characteristics of the funeral land in the rural areas of the Bengbu city are as follows:the distribution is scattered, the floor area is large, and the infinite delay is extended. No change in the nature of the earth’s burial and the village-level cemeteries. The usage is low.The causes of this problem are:the influence of the traditional thought and the customs, the difficult treatment of the rural society and the lag of the subsequent supporting facilities of the funeral reform. The present situation of the present utilization of the rural funeral land in Bengbu city is the following:the continuous occupation of the cultivated land, the low reuse rate of the land, the large-scale operation of the agriculture and the surrounding environment. In view of the study area, this paper uses binary Logistic analysis to analyze the influencing factors of farmers’ withdrawal from funeral land, and draws the following conclusions:age, educational level, party member status, cultivated land area, cultivated land policy understanding degree has a significant impact on farmers’ withdrawal from the graveyard.Among them, the educational level, the understanding degree of cultivated land policy and the influence of party membership status on dependent variables are positive, while the influence of age and cultivated land area is negative. Therefore,it provides some suggestions for the government to guide farmers to withdraw from funeral land in cultivated land, including policy propaganda, party members and cadres, supporting facilities and services, and reasonably guide farmers to withdraw from cultivated land.A funeral ground in the ground.
