types:" Sui and Tang dynasties'lost medical books from medical records unearthed in Dunhuang Turpan",and " Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books from Undocumented Sources of medical records unearthed in Dunhuang Turpan".Bar.The former involved three Sui and Tang medical practitioners.namely Wei Cizang,Zhang Wenzhong, and Cui Zhizhang.and one of the Sui and Tang medical prescriptions.namely,Ancient and Modern Recording Recipes. The former is the clue.Five medical literatures unearthed from Dunhuang Turfan are selected, and they are compared with the scriptures of the Cang Shu Mu",Dan Bo Yuanzhang's "Medical Book Examination in China",Japan's Gangxi "Medical Book Examination before Song Dynasty”,Tang Shenwei's "Zheng Lei Ben Cao”,Song Liu Ye's "You You Xin Shu".There were 55 bibliographies in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. This quantity is only one of the cornerstones of the medical books in the Sui and Tang dynasties, and a large number of medical books have not been included because of unknown historical data and other factors.Emperor Suiyang wrote two thousand and sixty volumes of "Si Hai Lei Ju Fang",and three hundred volumes of "Si Hai Lei Ju Dan Yao Fang ".The volume were huge and had been exhausted.Only one record of certificate was left.Today, the medical books of the Sui and Tang dynasties can be seen, but the three books "Bei Ji Qian jin Yao Fang","Qian Jin Yi Fang" and " Wai Tai Mi Yao" all depend on the ordering and inheritance of the Northern Song Dynasty Correction Medical Books. The number of Sui and Tang dynasty medical books were huge, and the difficulty of inheritance were evident. The five ancient medical books of the Sui and Tang dynasties, which are based on this medical record, are rare. They were scarce medical literature resources of the Sui and Tang dynasties. They have great academic research value and are worthy of further exploration. At the same time,in the course of research,it was found that the large-scale official repair books of the Song Dynasty,"Taiping Shenghuifang" and "Shengji Zong Lu".contained a large amount of the contents of the medical books of the Sui and Tang Dynasties, which provided clues for further compilation and research.2.Under the background of the country's prosperity, social stability, and economic development during the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the book revision in the flourishing period and the medical books in the Sui and Tang Dynasties showed a large-scale and comprehensive trend.According to the concept of the Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books contained in the legendary medical books, medicine in the Sui and Tang dynasties was in the stage of comprehensive development. The integration of the previous prescriptions and the development of various disciplines continued to advance.laying a solid foundation for the further development of medicine in the Song,Jin and Yuan periods. The medical books of the Sui and Tang Dynasties had their academic origins and were the true records of the development of Sui and Tang medicine. The contents of the book of the Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books can be summarized into three sources, that is.from the former or current doctors;according to their own clinical experience.the former or current doctors are used;the doctors create their own medical prescriptions. It not only saves a lot of the contents of prescriptions of the former Korean medicine.but also develops innovation on this basis. The medical book of the Sui and Tang Dynasties has an inheritance from later generations, which is an important part of the academic inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine. It has been missing because of the previous death, and it is continued through this study.3.The medical literature unearthed in Dunhuang and Turpan preserves some of the contents of the medical books of the Sui and Tang Dynasties.Papers P.3596,P.2662V,P.2662R,P.2565,and P.2666 have a total of 409 carriers,of which 91 are from the Sui and Tang Dynasties, accounting for about 22.25%.There are 14 kinds of medical prescriptions in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. The Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books and the medical literature unearthed from Turpan in Dunhuang show a mutually complementary relationship. The Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books preserved in Dunhuang and Turfan were supplemented with the contents of the prescribed medical documents of the Sui and Tang Dynasties. The medical documents unearthed from Dunhuang and Turfan have irreplaceable empirical functions due to their originality and archeology, and they have further confirmed the authenticity of Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books in the handed down medical books. At the same time, the Sui and Tang dynasties in the handed down medical books provided clues to improve the medical literature unearthed in Turpan,Dunhuang, and the two could complement each other. The medical literature unearthed in Dunhuang and Turpan preserved the original appearance of some medical books during the Sui and Tang Dynasties, showing the original context of medical development during this period, and has very important academic value in medical literature collation, theory and clinical research.4.The Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books are still of clinical research value. The contents of the Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books were inherited through the transcription of medical books of later generations.Afterwards, many doctors continued to apply them to the clinic, and improved them. The clinical effect was definite. With the help of modern science and technology, contemporary scholars have explored some medical prescriptions from the perspectives of pharmacological experiments and clinical trials. In terms of clinical application, such as "Xu Ren Ze Fang"Cong Bai Qi Wei Yin,"Bing Bu Shou Ji Fang" Xianglian Wan,Dunhuang Juanzi P.4038 Ba Gongshen San,Dunhuang Juanzi P.2565 Wei Cizang Si Shi Chang Fu Fang applied in contemporary clinical, had great clinical use value.and had important guiding role in enriching clinical diagnosis and treatment experience and broadening clinical drug thinking.5.The study of Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books has historical value and can enrich the content of Sui and Tang medical histories. There are seven kinds of Sui and Tang dynasties' lost medical books,"Mei Shi Fang","Zheng Yuan Ji Yao Guang Li Fang","Cui Shi Zuan Yao Fang","Bi Xiao Fang","Xu Ren Ze Fang”,”Hai Shang Ji Yan Fang","Bing Bu Shou Ji Fang".and 8 medical research documents related to the medical documents Unearthed from Turfan in Dunhuang "Wei Ci Zang Fang","Zhangweizhong Fang","Gu Jin Lu Yan Fang"."Jiu Ji Dan Yan Fang"."Jiu Ji Fang”,"Yan Nian Mi Lu","Sui Shen Bei Ji Fang","Kai Yuan Guang Ji Fang".To some extent,it can supplement the number of medical literature in the Sui and Tang Dynasties. In terms of medical figures in the Sui and Tang Dynasties, the authors of the medical books of the Sui and Tang dynasties, which are carried by the medical records, can be supplemented, such as Xu Renze.Cui Yuanliang,Li Jiang, and so on.Can add some personal information about medicine, such as Li Ji in the early Tang dynasty,Jingnan Jiedu Chengrui in the chaotic period of the late Tang Dynasty, and Tang Suzong's official minister Yuan Xisheng. At the same time, the research content related to the medical literature unearthed from Dunhuang and Turpan has expanded the research space for medical development in the Western Regions of the Sui and Tang Dynasties. The story of the book is as clear as the sun and the moon. The significance of literature collation and research lies in its basicity.fundamentality, and universality. As an ancient TCM documentary worker, upholding the concept of balance of TCM and treating dialectically the research and research of TCM documents with a dialectical attitude,he did something and did nothing.Make a difference and treat the traditional Chinese medicine documents with flaws, loopholes, and errors with a critical attitude of Marxist philosophy.Bold assumptions, careful verification, continuous deepening research, seeking truth, inheriting the essence, and upholding innovation to achieve its value in real clinical practice.Do something, treat Confucius's "Shu Er Bu Zuo" attitude with regard to TCM literature that has been passed down after a long period of theoretical refinement and clinical validation. Before there are no new archeological discoveries, take the righteous path and fully describe its original appearance without changing it from a personal point of view,so as not to violate its natural state. The collation and research work of the Sui and Tang dynasty medical prescriptions follows this theory. It is rich in content and has very important academic value and practical significance. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research. The ancient books compilation and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions can provide reference.
