| Objective:To explore the correlation between symptoms,syndromes and clinical indicators of sub-health population,and explore the ways and methods of integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and Western Medicine(WM)at the data level.a.Taking sub-health population as the main research object,using complex network method and other methods to analyze and establish the correlation between the core symptoms,syndromes and clinical indicators of TCM and WM in different health status population;b.Using complex network method and rank coincidence test,the symptoms,western medicine indicators and their relationships of the critical high value population of blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure indicators were analyzed and established.Comparing the differences of objective indicators of tongue and pulse among the three groups,the internal relationship among symptoms,tongue and pulse indicators of TCM and clinical indicators of WM was explored.The study will provide the basic basis for the prevention and treatment of sub-health and common chronic diseases in modern clinical practice by TCM.Objects:From 2015 to 2018,a total of 15726 people were examined in Shuguang Hospital Affiliated with Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,with an average age of 40.13(+14.74).The data were processed and the data of four diagnoses and Western medicine indicators were complete,totaling 7045 people.According to the classification of health status,there are 4084 sub-health people,1344 sub-health people,2021 disease people and 427 sub-health people.They are divided into nine common types of syndrome,namely Qi deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency syndrome,Yin deficiency syndrome,Yang deficiency syndrome,Qi stagnation syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,Fluid deficiency syndrome,excess heat syndrome and phlegm-dampness syndrome.According to the criteria for determining the critical high value of blood sugar,blood lipid and blood pressure,715 people were included in the population,225 of whom could be differentiated into Qi deficiency syndrome and 20 of Fluid deficiency syndrome;665 were included in the critical high value of blood lipid,216 could be differentiated into Qi deficiency syndrome,136 were identified as Fluid deficiency syndrome,19 were identified as phlegm dampness syndrome;2461 were included in the critical high value group of blood pressure,of which could be differentiated into different types.611 cases were identified as Qi deficiency syndrome 416 cases,Fluid deficiency syndrome 53 cases,blood stasis syndrome 40 cases;the remaining syndrome types were too small to be included in the study.Methods:a.The information collection and analysis of the four diagnostic methods of TCM mainly includes the acquisition and analysis of health evaluation scale(H20),questioning scale,tongue image and pulse chart.The data of the four diagnostic methods of TCM are analyzed and studied by frequency statistics method.b.Using node contraction method of complex network,the top 10 symptoms and the top 30 indexes of WM were selected as the key research objects,and the relationship between core symptoms and indexes of WM was calculated and analyzed.c.The complex network and rank sum test were used to analyze the core symptoms,western medicine indicators and the correlation between the critical high-value groups of blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure indicators and their representative syndromes.The corresponding relationship between the core tongue and pulse indicators of the critical high-value groups of blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure indicators was analyzed.Results:a.Statistical results of positive items of H20 scale and frequency of four diagnostic symptoms scale of TCM in different health status.The results showed that eye discomfort,head and neck discomfort,abnormal mood,throat discomfort,oral and sleep problems were common health problems of sub-health and disease.The common abnormal symptoms of the four diagnostic methods of TCM mainly include:sub-healthy people are mainly tired,yellow tongue coating,soreness,thick tongue coating,dry eyes,left chord of pulse,toothmark tongue,insomnia,greasy tongue coating,headache,dizziness and so on;disease people are mainly yellow tongue coating,thick tongue coating,greasy tongue coating,soreness,left chord of pulse,fatigue,toothmark tongue,pulse left fine,occasional pain,gingival bleeding,dizziness and so on.b.Screening and correlation results of core indicators for sub-health and disease population.The main abnormalities of core WM indicators were as follows:basophil,monocyte,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,platelet distribution width,urinary PH value,low density lipoprotein,hematocrit,uric acid,body mass index,etc.in sub-healthy population;basophil,systolic blood pressure,platelet distribution width,monocyte,diastolic blood pressure,urinary PH value and urine in disease population.Acids,body mass index,hematocrit,low density lipoprotein,combined core symptoms and WM indicators were established by complex network method.c.Core symptoms,screening of WM indicators and their related results of critical high blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure indicators.Core symptoms and core WM indicators were screened in the critical high value group of blood sugar indicators.Core symptoms and WM indicators were combined by complex network.Corresponding relationships among white tongue coating,yellow tongue coating,basophil,monocyte,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,hematocrit,platelet distribution width,uric acid,low density lipoprotein,body mass index and hemoglobin were established.By the same method,the core symptoms and WM indexes of the critical high value group of blood lipid index and the critical high value group of blood pressure index were screened,and the joint network relationship between them was established.The relationship network between core symptoms and WM indicators was constructed and analyzed for typical syndromes,such as Qi deficiency syndrome,Fluid deficiency syndrome,phlegm-dampness syndrome and blood stasis syndrome.d.Analysis results of core TCM tongue and pulse indicators in critical high value population of blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure indicators.Comparing the blood glucose critical high value group with the blood pressure critical high value group:the pulse index h1,h3/h1,wl/t,w2/t had statistical significance;the tongue image index tongue H value,tongue I value,tongue S value,tongue L value,tongue coating a value,tongue coating B value had statistical significance;Comparing the blood glucose critical high value group with the blood lipid critical high value group:the pulse index h1,h3,wl/t,w2/t had statistical significance;the tongue index H value,L value,b value and b value of tongue coating had statistical significance;Comparing the critical high blood pressure group with the critical high blood lipid index group:the pulse index h3/h1 has statistical significance;the tongue index H value,S value,B value,a value of tongue coating and b value of tongue coating have statistical significance.Conclusion:a.Health Questionnaire H20 and Symptom Analysis of Four Diagnostic Scales of TCM can better guide TCM characteristic health identification and sub-health diagnostic services,and play an important role in giving full play to the advantages of TCM "pre-treatment".b.Combining the symptoms and core indicators of TCM and WM,three kinds of health network diagrams were established by using complex network method.They are:the core symptoms of different health states-the health network diagrams of WM indicators,which can identify the core symptoms and WM indicators of sub-health and disease groups;and the core symptoms of people with critical high blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure indicators-the health network of WM indicators.The relationship graph can identify the core symptoms and WM indicators of three groups of people,and the core symptoms of different syndrome groups of people with high critical blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure indicators-the health network diagram of WM indicators,can clarify the core symptoms and Western medicine indicators of different syndrome groups.c.Statistical methods such as rank-sum test were used to analyze the indexes of tongue and pulse in the critical high value population of blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure.The results showed that the indexes of tongue and pulse have diagnostic value for the high value of blood sugar,lipid and blood pressure.This study shows that the use of complex network method can establish the symptoms and indicators of TCM-WM combination,and incorporate the objective indicators of tongue and pulse in TCM.Complex network method can achieve the integration of TCM-WM indicators from the data level,which is of great significance to the future health identification of TCM and the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and syndromes. |
