Buddhism is not only a religion,but it itself also contains rich of philosophical,psychological,cultural and artistic content.Many psychologists have learned a lot of ways to solve psychological problems through out studying Buddhism.As a special form of understanding.Buddhist thought contains many worth affirmative contents.Buddhism advocates breaking the "obsession" and "delusion",structure a special Buddhist view of world and life.Besides that,Buddhism can change,transform the human mental state.Through contacted with Buddhist meditation,psychologists discover that it can solve people's distress and annoyance,alleviate human stress,prevent all kinds of psychological disorders,maintain the mental health for humans,make them reach a stable and calm mental state.The theories and methods of mindfulness based on Buddhist thought have become hot topic in clinical psychology and medicine."Mindfulness-based stress reduction"(MBSR)."Acceptance and Commitment Therapy"(ACT),"Based Cognitive Therapy"(MBCT),and "Dialectical Behavior Therapy"(DBT)are representative of mindfulness based therapy.One can cultivate the ability of mindfulness through a particular way,which requires a "non-judgment","opened mind" and "concentration" of mentality.In fact,mindfulness in traditional Buddhism have some places differ from Psychotherapy,the function of mindfulness in traditional Buddhism emphasize to protect physical and mental away from the evils.Its methods and theories are supported by the Buddhist philosophy,such as "Four unlimited hearts","Bodhi-mind" and "Prajna heart".These theoretical evidence can be found from the Buddhist literature and Sutras.This study talk about the thought of meditation in mindfulness' psychotherapy.The content is divided into four parts:the first part,analyze the development history of mindfulness,as well as the practice of mindfulness' method in traditional Buddhism.The second part analyze that mindfulness is an important part of the Zen system.This part through out Buddhist psychology of though find out evidences support for mindfulness therapy.The third part,analyze the implementation process of mindfulness therapy,including the theoretical model of mindfulness therapy and the mechanism of action of mindfulness therapy.This part is mainly based on the mechanism and method of mind training,and the case study of mindfulness training's experience.In the fourth part,the topic analyzes the benefits of mindfulness for the change of mind and body,through eight weeks of mindfulness training process,put forward mindfulness training can make people have a higher sense of happiness,reducing stress,anger and fatigue,overcome anxiety and depression and other negative emotions.The cultivation of mindfulness has important guiding for people's life,such as changing the bad habits of the individual,making people get peace from the busy life,live a more meaningful and happy life.
