the comparison between the pure literature in modern age and that in the new period,in the level of the circle valuation on the pure literature,literature choices and theoretical construction,the novels,vanguard novels,dramas and other literature representatives to review the creation forms in the new-period pure literature.And from pure literary perspectives,various forms of texts prove innovative in the new-period literature.As for the choices of pure literature texts,this dissertation expresses the understanding towards of the pure literature in the various forms.Except the vanguard novels with distinctive literary characteristics,more texts,in the view of pure literature,clearly put forward that the literature practice as above are all the texts of pure literature,which carries a foreshadowing of considering the literature boundary.For better understanding of the new-period pure literature,this dissertation also picks up some texts by writers in 1990 s to be interoperated,in the hope of offering a new perspective to value the new-period pure literature.Fifthly,through reviewing the different views on the pure literature in the new period of 1990 s in the literary circle,the dissertation uncovers the realistic situation of the pure literature under the circumstance of the consumer culture.The new-period pure literature was mainly voicing for "aesthetic characteristics",while the pure literature in 1990 s for commercial culture.The rapid rising of mass culture has stirred up the reflection towards the pure literature in the literary circle,and then the pure literature concept is varying in the new era.Their reflection mainly covers four aspects: one is to actively maintain the new-period pure literature concept under the humanistic spirit in and how to promote the writing of the pure literature,in the ways of understanding the dimension of the pure literature,the relationship between the pure literature and literariness,and the pure literature criticism.Also,it explores the reasons why the literary circle doubts the literariness,in the levels of the pureness and relativity of the pure literature,the methods of the pure literature involving in the reality,the contemporary anti-essentialism and research of essence and so on.The utterance choices from the pure literature and literariness reflects the cultural changes of the times,that the thoughts of modernity and postmodernity are combined together,leading to the difficulties in explaining the theory of the pure literature,meanwhile developing the new theory.With returning to the essential meaning of it,the notion of the literariness can be much clearer,and there exists the historical and traditional continuation between two both.The pure literature criticism,close linked to the development of the literary concept and literature practice,should pay more attention to evaluate the grade of literariness itself in the age of mass culture.
