Research On The Improvement Of Chinese Cultural Soft Power

Nowadays,cultural soft power plays an increasingly important role in the development of domestic society and the contest of international comprehensive national strength.It can be predicted that the competition of the international community in the future is mainly the competition of cultural soft power,which will affect the success or failure of a country and its future trend.Although Chinese cultural soft power is influenced to a certain degree by the soft power thought in the Western context,it is more rooted in the 5,000-year Chinese traditional civilization,inheriting and innovating Marxist cultural theory.As an ancient civilization with 5000 years of history,China has had strong cultural soft power for a long time.The influence of cultural soft power has spread to the surrounding Korea,Japan,Vietnam,until Central Asia,Europe and Africa's east coast.However,in modern times,Chinese cultural soft power tends to decline.Fortunately,the Communist Party of China has shouldered the burden of developing cultural soft power.China's cultural undertakings have made great achievements.The cultural industry has continued to grow and develop.The people's spiritual and cultural life has been continuously enriched and developed to a higher level.Enhancing cultural soft power is an important embodiment of carrying out Xi Jinping's thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Enhancing cultural soft power is an important force for promoting high-quality economic development and an important way to increase overall national strength.Enhancing cultural soft power is an important way to enhance national cohesion and shape the image of a big country,to strengthen cultural confidence.We have made great achievements in promoting the construction of cultural soft power,but we are also facing some challenges.Facing the new changes and new circumstances of the national conditions in the new era,how to seize the opportunities,meet the challenges and continuously improve the guidance ability,cohesiveness,charisma,leading ability,radiometric force,competitiveness,attractiveness,shaping ability and influence of Chinese culture has become a realistic and urgent task.This paper starts with the strategic significance of the promotion of cultural soft power,expanding it layer by layer and then putting forward targeted measures.The whole paper is divided into eight parts,including six chapters of the main part,and the introduction and conclusion.The introduction mainly explains the consideration of the topic and the significance of the topic,the current situation of the domestic and foreign research on the cultural soft power,analyzing the culture,soft power and cultural soft power of the related theories,discussing the overall research ideas,innovation and research methods.This article begins with the problem,putting the related concept analysis involved in this part.The first chapter focuses on the strategic significance of enhancing cultural soft power.This chapter focuses on three issues.First,cultural soft power is the main component of comprehensive national strength and an important element of competition,and an important embodiment of enhancing comprehensive national strength.Second,cultural soft power as an important goal and necessary means for a culturally strong country is an inevitable choice for building a strong cultural country.Third,cultural soft power is the inherent requirement of Chinese Dream who realizes the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The second chapter reveals the theoretical basis and ideological resources of Chinese cultural soft power.This chapter focuses on analyzing the cultural soft power thought of Marxist classical writers represented by Marx,Engels,and Lenin,and expounding the idea of rich cultural soft power embodied in Confucian,Taoist,military commander,and Mohist thoughts,interpreting the criticism and absorption of the thought of cultural soft power to the western thought of "cultural leadership","clash of civilization" and "soft power".The third chapter combs the process of the construction and development of Chinese cultural soft power.From the promotion of revolutionary cultural forces to the building of spiritual civilization to the development of advanced culture,the three-generation central leadership of the Party,with Comrades Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,and Jiang Zemin as the core,has made a preliminary exploration.The Chinese Communists mainly represented by Comrade Hu Jintao clearly put forward the concept of cultural soft power and raise the construction of cultural soft power to a new stage of development.The party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core take over the baton of history,continue to rich and develope the connotation of cultural soft power construction,push forward the construction of cultural soft power.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the comparative advantage of Chinese cultural soft power.The Communist Party of China has demonstrated its cultural leadership advantage with its strong cultural soft power,ideological and cultural policy leadership,and political leadership and organizational coordination.Rich cultural heritage,rich humanistic spirit and profound philosophical wisdom are the inherited advantages of cultural soft power.Great revolutionary spirit and excellent revolutionary style are important incentive advantages of cultural soft power.The advanced socialist culture has played a leading role in economic and social development,and social habits.The fifth chapter points out the problems and challenges of the development of Chinese cultural soft power.The competitiveness of cultural soft power needs to be further improved,mainly in view of the following considerations: the level of cultural industry is not high,the innovation of Chinese traditional cultural resources is not enough,and foreign cultural trade needs to be further developed.The mainstream ideology cohesion is facing the impact,including the challenge of the foreign social trend of thought,the influence of the domestic multi-culture and the challenge of the Party's own ideological construction.China faces the turmoil and influence of Western ideas such as cultural hegemonism,cultural expansion and color revolution.China still faces some problems in the image of a big country,the right of international discourse and the power of cultural transmission,which restricts the exertion of the international influence and radiation power paths.First,socialist cultural confidence with Chinese characteristics is enhanced through inheriting and carrying forward excellent traditional culture,strengthening the self-confidence in the building of national cultural capacity,enhancing cultural awareness,achieving cultural self-improvement,raising cultural identity.Second,the cohesion and appeal of socialist core values is strengthened through cultivating and practicing core values,making them popular and internationalized,condensing their contents.Third,the international competitiveness and attractiveness of Chinese culture can be improved by speeding up the construction of cultural modernization,prospering cultural undertakings,developing cultural industries,constructing international affairs programs with Chinese characteristics.Fourth,the shaping power and influence of China's international discourse rights will be highlighted by building a discourse system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,strengthening the formulation of the right to speak of international rules,enhancing the ability of setting international agenda,strengthening the construction of international communication capacity of culture.The conclusion part discusses that the promotion of Chinese cultural soft power is a system engineering and a long-term process.It should have an international perspective and overall coordination consciousness.It should be based on the domestic and international focus.It is necessary to mobilize multiple forces to participate together and form a joint force for construction and development.
