Research On The Way To Promote The Soft Power Of Chinese Culture In The New Era

In the current world of complex and ever-changing big data era,compared to the competition for hard power such as economy and military,the status and role of culture in the international competition of comprehensive national strength has become more prominent.Cultural soft power is a kind of social ideology,which reflects superstructure.It is essentially the reflection and expression of the value concept advocated and pursued by the state.It plays a great role in enhancing the international competitiveness of the country and achieving its strategic objectives.Although China’s cultural soft power is influenced to a certain extent by Western soft power thought,it is more based on Chinese excellent traditional culture,with socialist core values as the soul,and inherits and innovates the Marxist cultural concept.Enhancing China’s cultural soft power can promote the construction of a strong socialist cultural country.It is an important way to enhance overall national strength,enhance social cohesion,and shape the image of a good big country.It is conducive to accelerating the goal of the Chinese dream of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.China,which is in a new era,has faced some challenges while achieving breakthroughs in the construction of cultural soft power.How to seize the opportunity and continuously enhance the cohesion,inspiration and influence of Chinese culture has become a realistic and urgent task.After sorting out and summarizing the achievements of the research on cultural soft power at home and abroad,the article takes the basic theory of cultural soft power as the breakthrough point,distinguishes the connotation of cultural soft power and Chinese cultural soft power,and emphasizes that the main elements of Chinese cultural soft power include the soft power of socialist core values,the soft power of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the soft power of international speech right.The three elements are complementary and indispensable to each other.Promoting cultural soft power has become an inevitable trend of China’s social development,which is not only the need of economic development,but also the inherent requirement of building a new type of international relations.The paper then analyses the theoretical and practical significance of promoting the soft power of Chinese culture in the new era.The Sixth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China put forward the goal of building a "cultural power nation".Enhancing cultural soft power is the inevitable choice to realize cultural power,and also the inevitable requirement to realize the great national rejuvenation,and it provides spiritual support for China’s increasingly entering the center of the world stage.From a theoretical point of view,the promotion of China’s cultural soft power inherits and develops the humanistic concept of Marxism,consolidates the guiding position of Marxism,and improves the cohesion of socialist core values.After the attribution analysis of the challenges in the development,the third part of the article focuses on the main problems of the current development of China’s cultural soft power.It is believed that there are major problems in the lack of conscious and rational consensus on traditional culture among the masses,divergence in value pursuit of some members of society and the inadequate role of culture in shaping the International image in China.This shows that the improvement of soft power of Chinese culture is facing great challenges in building self-confidence in traditional culture and in dealing with foreign culture and improvement of cultural transmission ability.Based on the importance of cultural soft power in the socialist modernization construction of China in the new era,we should analyze the shortcomings and challenges faced by the development of Chinese cultural soft power,and propose targeted measures and specific ways to enhance it.First of all,we should deepen the reform of cultural system,enhance the creativity of the masses,and actively learn from the advanced cultural experience of other countries,so as to realize the inheritance and innovation of Chinese excellent traditional culture.Secondly,we must strengthen the Marxist beliefs,strengthen the grassroots cultural education and adhere to the "Four Self-confidences",so as to improve the socialist core cultural values system.Finally,we should uphold the Party’s advanced leadership,establish a unique cultural resource bank in the network,and make use of the advantages of big data to enhance China’s international discourse power.
