The Russian workers' movement was a group movement of Russian workers who gradually developed and expanded since the Russian capitalist economic development in the late Russian era, especially industrialization. The occurrence and development of the Russian workers' movement was rooted in the process of Russian modernization in the late 19 th and early 20 th centuries. This historical connection can be summarized into two different factors: one is its own organizational factor, and the other is the structure of the social environment.Sex factor. These two factors together shape the form and content of the Russian workers' movement, which in turn affects the development trajectory and characteristics of the Russian workers' movement.Organizational factors refer to the various factors that the collective organization of workers develops during the formation process. The most important basis is the organization of workers and the political organizations involved in the workers' movement.Structural factors refer to the various factors that develop the power relations of workers in the national political and economic system. The source is the interaction between the tsarist government, the industrial bourgeoisie and the workers.Structural factors can be divided into two levels: First,at the enterprise level, the development of the size and organization of the workers' movement can greatly influence the attitude of the business owners in the history of workers' movements because of their economic disruption. The force is obvious;second,at the market level, the social influence of the workers' movement can affect the operation of the entire market to a certain extent, and thus become a social and political force that has a great counter-force against the political organs and capital. This paper explores the development trajectory and historical significance of the Russian workers' movement from the perspective of the organizational and structural factors of the Russian workers' movement. The main contents of this paper are as follows: The first part of the introduction mainly introduces the significance of the topic, the research status at home and abroad, research methods and writing ideas,as well as innovation and inadequacies. The second part is the main body of the thesis. The first chapter, the second chapter, the third chapter, the fourth chapter, the fifth chapter and the sixth chapter are the key points of this paper. The first chapter introduces the basic elements of the Russian workers' movement, including the workers' movements dominated by the working class, workers' organizations, and other social classes and organizations involved in the workers' movement, with strikes, collective complaints, labor, assembly, and demonstrations. The various forms of workers' movements,as well as the power system behind the workers' movement formed by the relationship between the tsarist government, the industrial bourgeoisie and workers. The second chapter mainly introduces the organizational development of the Russian workers' movement, including the three forms of mutual aid cooperative organizations, workers' struggle unions and legal workers' organizations. They are the products of Russian social and economic development in different periods and have been made at different stages of the workers' movement.Your own contribution. The third chapter analyzes the relationship between political organizations and the Russian workers' movement, including the development of the relationship between the three different political organizations of the liberals, the Socialist Revolutionary Party and the Social Democratic Labor Party and the workers' movement. The fourth chapter analyzes the activities of the tsarist government and the industrial bourgeoisie in the development of the workers' movement, including the factory legislation of the Tsarist government and the activities of the factory inspection organs. The industrial bourgeoisie improves the labor relations in terms of administrative management and social activities. The effort made. The fifth chapter analyzes the stage characteristics of the Russian workers' movement. From the aspects of the number, scope, type, geographical and industrial characteristics of strikes, the development trend of the growth, scope, organization and political color of the workers' movement is depicted. The sixth chapter analyzes the concept and transformation of different social groups on the workers' movement from the perspectives of the Tsar government represented by Viter, the social democratic labor revolutionaries represented by Lenin and others and ordinary workers. The third part is the conclusion of the thesis. It analyzes and summarizes the organizational factors revealed in the second and third chapters and the structural factors exhibited in the fourth chapter, and summarizes and expands some of the problems.Combined with the fifth and sixth Chapter further elaborates the role of the Russian workers' movement from the object to the subject in the modernization process of modern Russia. The conclusion of this paper is that the feedback from the Russian workers' movement at the enterprise level is obvious. The industrial bourgeoisie has made many measures in line with the economic interests of both parties in terms of wages, working hours, administration and security;however,at the market level. However,it did not receive effective feedback from the Tsarist government. This is largely because Russia's economic development and the overall market are more affected by the international political and economic situation and domestic non-economic factors. Therefore, the impact of the workers' movement on the overall market is relatively limited. This situation has led to the inability of the workers' movement to ease and resolve labor-management contradictions in the socio-economic context,so it has gradually moved to the political arena.
