A Philologic Study On Guo Moruo's Works On Jinwen

Guo Moruo has made outstanding contributions to the study of ancient Chinese characters.His masterpiece "Liangzhou Jinwenci Daxi"was organized systematically for Eastern Zhou and Western Zhou in accordance with the chronology and country science,and created the "Standard bronzes" method,which laid the paradigm of modern Inscriptionsnon bronze research.This book is one of the most revised and long-lasting works among all his academic works.It is also the most important work in his research.This article takes"Liangzhou Jinwenci Daxi" as the center,and refers to the relevant opinions of Guo Moruo s historical archaeological works,sorts out and studies Guo Moruo s gold literature from the perspective of philology,and sorts out the evolution of his viewpoint.Relevant historical materials such as letters and diaries,focusing on the background and reasons for the changes in the my views,and restoring Guo Moruo s academic research process as much as possible.This dissertation consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,in which we introduce the research overview of the academic history of ancient Chinese characters and the research status of Guo Moruo's ancient philology,analyze the deficiencies in previous studies,and narrate the significance of the topic selection and research methods of this paper.The second part is about Summary of the History and Versions of Liangzhou Jinwenci Daxi.From the perspective of philology,clarify the process,source and evolution of the book.The third part is the research of Liangzhou Jinwenci Daxi Tulu.In this part,the collected pictures and inscriptions of the bronzes are traced back to the source,and the differences in the editions are recorded.The value is recognized from the perspective of academic history.The fourth part is the research of Liangzhou Jinwenci Daxi Kaoshi.We use the collation method to check the differences in publishing,and participate in Guo Moruo s other academic works,combing the evolution of viewpoints.Finally,discusse the version of Guo Moruo s bronze inscription research works.The fifth part is monographic study.This part includes an introduction to the Japanese collection of Guo Moruo s handwritten comment on "Liangzhou Jinwenci Daxi Kaoshi";correcting the mis-recording of the version information of the Daxi and analyzing the reasons for the occurrence;taking "Chenchenhe,ming Kaoshi'as an example to analyze various problems in Guo Moruo s thesis writing and publishing from the perspective of Philology and explains the causes.Finally,in the process of writing papers,there are some gains for the section of "Reading Records".The last part is appendix.It includes four parts:a textual research on related issues in Guo Moruo s complete works,the list of abnormal names of the implements in Daxi,the overview of editions of Guo Moruo's historical and archaeological works,the chronology of Guo Moruo s Inscriptionsnon bronze works,and the list of abbreviations for books with bronze Inscriptions...
