This paper is a case study of suzhou painter Huang xiangjian in the early qing dynasty.Huang xiangjian painted a series of pictures of thousands of miles searching for parents with the theme of yunnan-guizhou scenery within several years after his return from yunnan,which had a certain influence at that time and later generations.These works opened up a new field of expression for the development of landscape painting with real scenery in the Ming and qing dynasties.The structure of the paper will be developed from three parts: the first chapter is the study of Huang xiangjian's family and life;The second chapter is about Huang xiangjian's seeking for parents journey and notes on the editions of "Xunqinjicheng","Dianhuan dairy" and the play "wan li yuan".The third chapter is the process of Huang xiangjian's creation of ten thousands miles seeking for parents paintings and the spread,description and evaluation of them. |
