This paper was mainly on the related studies of Bank of Guizhou during1941-1945, to its establishment and development and modernization of the system construction and financial network construction in Guizhou province and connection with development problems in the wartime in Guizhou province, which through the carding of files that collected in Guizhou Provincial Archives and other related files, as well as the raw data in the Republic of China such as economic and financial literature, periodicals and newspapers etc. From the above, we would persist to the principle of combination of theory and history in order to make a relatively objective analysis to Bank of Guizhou.Establishment of that bank was based on the social and economy development in Guizhou province, as well as the construction of southwest and northwest financial network by the National Government also provides a necessary opportunity. Capital resources and restructuring of Bank of Guizhou shows that bank has’t break away from the control of the provincial government. With the official proportion of shares still been large, management and operations single-handedly controlled by the provincial government, that forms a huge challenge to its company operating mechanism, which greatly restricted its nature and development direction. Both its organization and personnel management system was constructed basically based on the rules and principles of the "Company Law", was working in closely cooperation. And the establishment of a relatively complete&specification corporation operating mechanism have greatly contributed to the modernization of the financial Guizhou. Main business of the bank, such as deposits and lending business were rather successful; the operation of the exchange, agents of different levels of the public treasury, trust and other services were also relatively normal. The bank laid the business foundation for future development through its efforts. With increasing capital, enlarging business, agency expanding; It has been reached on the purpose of financial transferring, industry supporting, market activating, financial intermediation, taxation increasing to some extent. It has been rapidly reached to the summit of its history under the management of general manager Liu Xiyi since the chairman Zhou Yichun, general manager Qian Chunqi has been left in1945.
