On Issues Of The Theory And Path Of The Minority Culture Industry Development By Ecological Standard

Minority culture industry is one of the main culture industry.Our country has plenty of resources of culture industry.Minority culture industry is important part for the strategy on regional economic development.It has powerful economic functions.For the poor area,who has rich minority culture resource,the minority is the motivation element for the regional economy.Meanwhile,minority culture has the function on uniting the national spirit,keeping harmony for our nation and keep the unity for minority culture ecology.It is for our minority culture security.Therefore,the developing of regional minority culture,whose core is focusing minority culture,has cultural,economy and political essence.It has typical cultural functions.In addition,the national cultural industry also has the role of conservation of natural resources and the protection of the ecological environment.It also has ecological functions.Enhancing the competitiveness of minority culture ?exercising the comparative advantage,promoting sustainable development and speeding up the economic development of minority areas are very important for minority area economic development.However,the minority culture development is a double sword.The moderate,orderly and organized development can only make sustainable development on minority culture industry.To promote the sustainable development of the national cultural industry of the region,the national cultural resources should be developed in an appropriate,scientific and orderly manner,following the development of objective laws of national culture;On the contrary,excessive,unreasonable,disorderly,not follow the development of the objective laws of national culture development will make the regional development of national cultural industry in trouble,resulting in the loss of national cultural resources,the destruction of national cultural ecology,natural environmental pollution and ecological crisis and endanger national cultural security and other issues.Regional national cultural industry should develop rationally.However,in recent years,China's regional national cultural industry development practice has shown an obvious negative development and the characteristics of non-sustainable development,without fully playing its economic,cultural and ecological role,or achieving the common upgrade of all the benefits on the above.Regional national cultural industry should consider self-development path to generate the economic,cultural and ecological benefits all together,and also achieve its own sustainable development on the basis of efficient function of the three parts.The ecological development of regional national cultural industry has put forward a new idea and direction for the above proposition.Based on comprehensively combing and summarizing relevant documents,this paper is trying to analyse and demonstrate the theory and path on the ecological development of regional cultural industry in nine chapters comprehensively and deeply,applying the research method of answering the following questions logically,“What is the ecological development of regional cultural industry ?--Why does the regional cultural industry need to develop ecologically ?--How can the regional cultural industry develop ecologically ?--Has the regional cultural industry developed ecologically?”On the basis of the theory of regional economics,ecology economics,ecology,industrial economics,cultural industry,systematology and ethnology,this paper analyzes the regional culture of regional culture by means of systematic analysis,comparative study,integration,econometric analysis and field investigation.It puts forward the concept of ecological development of regional national cultural industry by introducing the theory of system theory,synergy theory,sustainable development theory,location theory,comparative advantage theory,resource scarcity theory and ecology,based on the characteristics of regional national cultural industry and national cultural resources,aimed at the present situation and main problems of industry development.The theoretical framework of the ecological development of regional ethnic cultural industry is constructed,from the following five aspects of operational foundation,operational law,operational mechanism,connotation and essence,and advantages of ecological development.Furthermore,this paper focuses on the analysis and demonstration of two specific paths of the regional national cultural industry development,based on synergistic mechanism and industrial ecosystem construction respectively.It constructs a co-evolutionary model and a synergy measure model for the composite system of the regional national cultural industry,establishes a related order parameter and index system,and analyzes the vertical evolution and horizontal comparison of the development of the national cultural industry by taking the Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Gansu Province and the five autonomous regions of Inner Mongolia,Guangxi,Xinjiang,Tibet and Ningxia as examples.This paper starts from the relationship between regional national cultural industry,regional national cultural resources and national cultural ecology,regional natural resources and natural ecological environment,and puts forward the development of regional national cultural industry through the ecological development path including industrial ecosystem construction and the promotion of regional national cultural industry composite system and its three subsystems of internal regional national culture,regional industry,regional ecology,in order to achieve the coordinated development of regional national cultural industry sustainable development.The conclusion of this research has certain innovation in the same kind of research,which has certain value for enriching the theory of China's cultural industry,the theory of industrial ecology and the theory of sustainable development.This paper has some practical significance to promote the sustainable development of regional national cultural industry and promote the rapid development of regional economy,to promote the protection of regional national cultural resources,to promote the implementation of the "one side" strategy and in the national cultural industry to implement the scientific concept of development,ecological civilization construction and supply side of structural reform as well.
