Research On Shaanxi Cultural Industry Cluster And Regional Coordinated Development

With the continuous improvement of the degree of economic globalization,cultural industry clusters,as an effective form of industrial organization,play an increasingly important role in the regional development process.Cultural industry clusters are inevitable products of regional development to a certain stage,and at the same time Can promote regional development.In my country,cultural industry clusters have become a key part of domestic economic development,and economic clusters derived from cultural industry clusters have also become the main source of domestic economic development.Studying how to coordinate the development of cultural industry clusters and regional development can provide a continuous source of power for the development of cultural industry clusters themselves and regional development.This article systematically sorts out the relevant research at home and abroad,and thus puts forward the research direction of this article.The theoretical foundation of the article is laid through the analysis of related theories and the correlation between cultural industry clusters and regional development.Based on the analysis of the current situation of cultural industry clusters and regional development in Shaanxi Province,the specific evaluation indicators of cultural industry clusters and regional development were determined according to the principles and processes of index establishment,and data were collected.First,the principal component analysis method is used to reduce the dimensions of the cultural industry clusters and regional development indicators to obtain the principal components of the two systems,and then the comprehensive level of the two systems is calculated according to the function formula.Then through the coordinated development degree evaluation model,the coordination degree between thetwo systems of cultural industry cluster and regional development is calculated,and the type of coordinated development of the two systems is judged.Finally,by establishing a mutual index contribution rate model between the two systems,the influencing factors that affect the coordinated development of the two systems are analyzed,and indicators with a large contribution rate are selected to provide countermeasure suggestions.The main conclusion of this article is that between 2010 and 2019,Shaanxi Province's cultural industry clusters and regions have developed in a dynamic and coordinated manner,and the degree of coordination has increased year by year.Formulating effective countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of the two can achieve a win-win situation for both cultural industry clusters and regional development.In the analysis of the influencing factors of the interaction between the two,it was found that the influencing factors of per capita output value are larger in the role of cultural industry clusters in regional development.Among the influences of regional development on cultural industry clusters,the factors affecting the coverage of transportation are relatively large.Based on the two aspects of human capital and transportation,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the government,cluster and enterprise levels to promote the development of Shaanxi cultural industry clusters and regions in a more coordinated direction.
