philosophy and won the title of "queen of all disciplines",However,in the 20 th century,a strong anti-ontology trend emerged in the west,causing Ontology was questioned by philosophy of language,Ontology,analytical philosophy,deconstruction,and postmodernism etc.as a result,Ontological Philosophy was faced with an unprecedented crisis of survival,which also urges people to rethink the legitimacy of philosophy.On the basis of reflection on the problems of this era,Badiou constructed his own philosophy.Facing the development reality of contemporary capitalism,the lack of a human spiritual homeland brought about by the end of philosophy,the vacillation of the guiding role of philosophy,and the Prominence of modernity etc.Badiou used his philosophical theory to make a radical response to the above questions,which is of great significance to guide the practice of capitalism and deal with the crisis of modernity.This article follows the development track of Badiou’s philosophical thoughts,as close as possible to its ideological context,presents its clues of ideological demonstration in a manner most similar to Badiou,Based on two "Philosophical Declarations" as and revival of philosophy with truth as the core,demonstrating the legitimacy of contemporary philosophy,and further develop philosophy,on this basis to realize philosophy’s going further.At the same time,rethink Badiou’s philosophy in order to achieve a comprehensive awareness and understanding.The interpretation of the destiny of philosophy has long been a rhetoric andopinion of each philosophical genre.In this process,rebellion against Hegel and rejection of metaphysics are the mainstream state and core point of view of philosophy.With the linguistic turn of philosophy,analytical philosophical turn,phenomenological turn,philosophical turn,etc.the philosophy also went through the fate of being dissolved,reconstructed,ended,saved.Accompanying this process is a new understanding of the nature and function of philosophy,as well as questioning and rebuilding of the legitimacy of philosophy.In order to demonstrate the legitimacy of contemporary philosophy and achieve the salvation and revival of philosophy,Badiou first make a reflective critique of the end of philosophy,pointing out that philosophy is not impossible,but is hindered by the stitching system in history.It is advocated that today we must take the pure philosophy stance of unraveling,defending the legitimacy of philosophy through the unraveling of philosophy and premises,especially poetry,and
