throughout human history.It has been a major issue for the Communist Party of China how to promote the construction of the Chinese Communist incorruptible culture both inside and outside,then get a final victory over the scope of the whole society of corruption in the subculture.Nowadays,if the dam construction can not be rotted that must solidify the ideological and moral foundation for wide Chinese Communist members take clean governance,which build a ideological and moral lines of resist corruption is an important task of anti-corruption culture construction.With the constant improvement of punishing and preventing corruption system mechanism,the honest cultural construction is increasingly mature.However,strengthening the construction of the Chinese Communist incorruptible culture,it’ s not only need to study the situation and problems faced at present,but also necessarily to review the history for the Chinese Communist incorruptible culture.On this basis,this paper analyzed mainly focuses on the theory,history,current situation and experience around Chinese Communist Party incorruptible cultural construction since the new China established,in order to put forward targeted recommendations and countermeasures for present the construction of the incorruptible cultural construction.This thesis consists of six chapters.The first chapter about the origin of ideological analysis.Generally speaking,ideological degeneration and deterioration is an important cause of corruption,strengthen learning education is a key way of corruption prevention and propagate honest ideology,which honest cultural construction should face both Chinese Communist members and government functionaries,but also need to popularize to the masses.This chapter mainly analyzed the ancient Chinese thought about the construction of clean and honest culture by the class analysis in order to search the reference value of honest cultural construction for the communist party of China;then combed the main point of the honest cultural construction thought from Classical writers of marxism and the core leaders of the communist party of China.The second chapter mainly investigated the Communist Party of China during the period of socialist revolution and construction of the construction of a clean government culture history.The construction of clean government culture during this period is still in the exploratory stage.The Communist Party of China enclosed the central task that developed the new democratic economy and consolidate the dictatorship of the cultural construction,it must insist on the unifies the social education and individual intemalization;To strengthen the construction of ideological and theoretical study that arm the whole party
